The Creative Minority Report uncovered an astounding video of statements made by Georgetown's Associate Dean and Director of Catholic Studies Fr. Ryan Maher, S.J. According to this reputed son of St Ignatius Loyola, “Our job as educators and as priests is not to bring God to people, or even to bring people to God. God’s already there and the people are already there. Our job, our way, of living out our educational vocation is to ask the right questions, and to help young people ask those questions." Dear Father, you are also tasked with articulating the answers to those questions, as well. To the next priest yammering on about "interreligious dialog", your sacred commission is to proclaim unambiguously that Jesus Christ is the Way, Truth and Life, and that the Roman Catholic Faith contains the fullness of Truth that no other does. By the way - get those Muslim prayer rugs OUT of the Catholic chapels now!
St Ignatius Loyola, St Francis Xavier, the North American Martyrs, St Edmund Campion, St Aloysius Gonzaga and Servant of God John Hardon, pray for your brother Jesuits.

Nauseating. To begin to understand this filthy betrayal, read The Jesuits by Malachi Martin.
ReplyDeleteWe need to pray for these Jesuits because they are misguided. They need to stop trying to be popular and instead focus on FEARLESSLY preaching the Truth to all. They need to teach & preach about God and bring Him to the people & vice versa; their job is to bring the Truth to their flock and help all to get to Heaven . I find that Jesuits tend to accomodate the world too much; this is not the way to go.
ReplyDeleteThe Jesuits (as well as Benedict VI, John Paul II, John Paul I, Paul VI and John XXIII) are merely carrying out the tenets and falsely so-called "reforms" of Vatican II. If it's OK for John Paul II to kiss the Koran, it's just as OK for the Jesuits to have Muslim prayer rugs. The current and previous "Popes" listed above have all said very similar things to Fr. Maher quoted above. And, yes, the current and past "Popes" listed here are all BIG fans of "interreligious dialog".
ReplyDeleteI too looked askance at Pope John Paul II kissing the Koran. However, by your logic, it would be perfectly acceptable for children to do drugs, engage in promiscuity, etc if they saw their parents so misbehaving. This sort of illogic, born of harmful and dare I say sinful cynicism is a trademark of sedevacantism. I can't be certain that is your viewpoint, but think that to be a good guess, seeing how you put the word Pope in quotes. Sedevacantism is a schismatc heresy and those who engage in the same play right into the devil's hands. The latter wants very much for Catholics to leave the Church, and he doesn't care if they exit "stage left" or "stage right"; it's all the same to him. Be careful, for if that is your vantage point, you place your immortal soul in grave peril.
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteI am currently reading "The Jesuits" by Malachi Martin. I am appalled at how Jesuitism in its "modern" form has been able to continue its work within the parameters of the Roman Catholic faith. When St. Ignatius founded the order, he was crystal clear in his founding principles. Jesuits were, and still are, under the saint's insistent rulings that all Jesuits are to be defenders no only of the true Church, the Roman Catholic Church, but specifically to the papacy. Today, it would seem, that none of this is true. Every practicing Catholic should read "The Jesuits".
We are in a time of the advent of a great schism in the Catholic Church. This century will see this schism unfold and cause enormous harm to the Church and will contribute to a complete change of the Church's paradigm. But the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph in the end, as she has promised us.
