Wicked Bishops - What Else Can They Be Called?

In today's Vortex, Voris is rightfully rebuking Cardinal Dolan.  Towards the end, as he reiterates the call for Dolan's resignation, he mentions "other bishops" who have likewised befouled their callings.  Immediately Cardinal Wuerl comes to mind.

    Maybe the Pope should chastise his Bishops- oops that's an oxymoron)
