Operation Rescue broke the news that a New Jersey judge recommended that Stephen Chase Brigham's last remaining medical license should be revoked and that he pay $30,000 in fines. Recall that nearly four years ago, it was discovered that Brigham and accomplice Nicola Riley were initiating late-term abortions in New Jersey - where that's illegal - then shipping them to a shoddy abortion facility in Elkton MD to complete the procedure. Their cover was blown when they botched an abortion and had to take the woman to Johns Hopkins. Doctors there were suspicious and notified the police.
So for now it seems that Brigham will be impeded from murdering babies in New Jersey. Sadly that is not the case in Florida, Delaware and Virginia for those states don't require that abortion mill owners be licensed.
These NJ mills operated under the banner of "American Women's Services". I believe his Maryland-owned mills will continue to see babies murdered.

Lautenberg's Apology? I'm Holding Out For Impeachment!
Planned Parenthood's little pink bus tour stopped in New Jersey on March 22nd. At the stop, New Jersey Senator Frank Lautenberg told the audience at that rally that pro-life people "don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution". Such ignorance and arrogance is only too typical of people who advocate and support the murder of babies. Think of it. If they have no problem slaughtering children who they deem inconvenient, then how can they have qualms about depriving other people of other rights, when they deem the exercise of such rights to be inconvenient or otherwise troubling to them? There are many demands for Lautenberg to apologize. While that is desirable, I think there's another aspect to consider. First, realize that the First Amendment exists precisely to protect speech that a sizable percentage of people deem unpopular. If speech is deemed popular by a majority of people, it doesn't require protection, right? The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing in inserting the Bill of Rights into the Constitution.
Senator Lautenberg, in assuming his office, took an oath in which he swore to uphold the Constitution. Whatever else his ill-advised quip may be, I believe he violated his oath of office. Remember - he used his senatorial status as a "bully pulpit" to expound his sentiments. While I'm not a Constitutional lawyer, I think this at least comes close to being impeachable.

And what is their bold strategy? They are scolding NPR, Wall Street Journal, etc for not attacking Live Action. According to Lifesitenews, an email to The Hill instructed them to "take down the article unless they update it to include this source’s history of lying, doctoring video and using illegal means to obtain information." My! Can't you just hear The Godfather theme playing in the background?

NJ State Senator Gags Pro-Life Testimony Against Planned Parenthood
In an attempt to override Governor Christie's funding veto of Planned Parenthood, which essentially stripped the abortion perpetrator of state funding (causing one of the PP death centers to close), the NJ Senate Budget Committee held a hearing on Bill S239, sponsored by Senator Paul Sarlo and Senator Loretta Weinberg.
A post-abortive woman, who had her abortion at Planned Parenthood, attempted to testify in opposition to the bill. The woman's name is Darlene Dunn. So what happened at that hearing? She was ordered to turn off her microphone because she stated that she had an abortion at Planned Parenthood. Sarlo et al told her that her abortion experience was irrelevant, since the funds supposedly won't be used to fund abortion. Well, anyone familiar with not-for-profit budgeting and the attendant machinations can tell you that statement of Sarlo's was disingenuous on its face. Moreover, Sarlo surely knew that.
The National Catholic Register blog has a video of the incident. New Jersey voters! When your elections roll around again, give Sarlo et al their walking papers!
