While Catholic Relief Services considers itself bound not to distribute condoms themselves, they have no qualms whatsoever referring interested parties to sources for condoms. They also have no problem whatsoever with extolling the "benefits" of condom usage.
Doesn't it seem like anything connected with the USCCB is tainted? Could it be because the USCCB itself is overrun with progressives? Is it not way past time to take the whole thing down?
