Derelict Bishops And Sodomy Supremacy

This week's Mic'd Up is titled "Sodomy Supremacy".  Michael Voris and his crew were at the steps of the Supreme Court when the Obergefell v Hodges ruling was announced.  At 3:20 he asked "where was the Archdiocese of Washington DC?"  He was shocked at their absence.  I'm not.  In fact, I rejoice that they weren't there for some of them might well have joined in the jubilation of #mowwidge being deemed a "civil right".

Prior to that Voris had spoken earlier of corrupt clergy softening the minds and morals of Catholics with thinly-disguised heresy.  But here in the Archdiocese of Washington it's been worse than that under the tenures of Cardinals Wuerl and McCarrick.  I wrote a post about this Wednesday after I became aware of a slap-down received by a faithful priest within this Archdiocese; and this is a recent event.  I had also reminded all of the despicable way that the Archdiocese treated Father Marcel Guarnizo.  I had linked the post to my Facebook page and received a comment from a friend relating how two other priests were similarly mistreated by Wuerl: one in this archdiocese and the other in Pittsburgh.  For the high crime and misdemeanor of preaching against immorality they were forced to undergo "psychological evaluation".  Fortunately they are now reincardinated in more deserving dioceses.  I am aware of a priest who was silenced after he had the audacity to teach classes on Humanae Vitae; as he is still in this diocese as a priest I'll give no further details.  So that makes five priests - and those are only the ones of whom we are aware.

Corruption Infesting The Knights Of Columbus

I've written before about the various capitulations of the KofC to various aspects of the anti-God secular culture.  These sorry episodes seem to be increasing, particularly as the Knights fail to uphold God's teachings on marriage and homosexuality.

This week's Mic'd Up focuses on the systemic ills that seem to be plaguing the Knights.  The guests shed light on the problem, revealing that this problem has been in the making for decades.  I urge you to watch it.  If any readers of this post are Knights, please honestly access the condition of your own councils and actions that you might have to take to correct any flaws.  I realize that many local councils may well be faithful, but can the same be said for the district and state councils?

Expose Of Yet Another CRS Cover-Up Attempt

The March 4th edition of Mic'd Up deals with the latest CRS scandal unearthed by the Lepanto Institute; I blogged on this last night.  In the beginning of the episode, Michael Voris makes a key point (at the 1:30 mark) that can easily be overlooked.  He states that the government funnels billions of dollars towards the "social justice" agencies of the Church who then distribute the money to progressive organizations that are decidedly anti-God and anti-life.  In other words, the Church is a conduit for federal misappropriation of the tax dollars of the American people.  The progressives in the Church get to keep a portion of those funds for their own pet projects and cushy lifestyles, as part of this "sweetheart deal".  Boys and girls, can we all say "money laundering"?

By the way - I believe that Catholic Charities also derives much of its budget from the tax dollars of American citizens.  In essence, we already contribute involuntarily to Catholic Charities and CRS. I refuse to give them (along with the Catholic Campaign for Human Development) one penny voluntarily.

Smuggling Sodomy Into The Church - Or Is It Just Barging In?

On January 24, the Pope welcomed into the Vatican two lesbians, one of them who mutilated her body to look like a man's body.  She calls herself "Diego".  Because she probably legally changed her name to that, I'll call her that.  With her was her accomplice in perversion; they plan a "wedding".  Emboldened by (among other things) the "who am I to judge" quip, she wrote to the pope.  He agreed to meet them privately.  I link to three accounts, all from differing perspectives and view points: Rorate Caeli, Remnant, Washington Post, Belfast Telegraph.  They agree on the basic chronology of events.  Most notably, Diego asked the pope if there would be a place for her as she is today.  She reports that the pope embraced her.  Nowhere do we read any indignant accounts from her of the pope even gently chiding her for mutilating her body, pretending to be a man and for her plans to mock marriage with her lesbian accomplice.

Some "take-aways":

• Diego and her partner in sin apparently received from the pope much more discreet treatment than did the poor mother who is/was pregnant with her eighth (during the rabbitgate interview).
• Recall that there are individual with whom the pope declined to meet:
• The founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate
• The Dali Lama (mustn't upset Red China!)
• Some liken this meeting to "eating with sinners as Jesus did".  But Jesus publicly called them to repentance at the same time.  There's no evidence of that happening here.  Why?  Is this all part and parcel of the "maturation" that the progressives want us to undergo as they prepare for next October's sin-nod?
• Just a week before this incident, America magazine published a piece entitled "A New Theology of the Transgendered Body".  Read it.  Realize that America is under Jesuit control.  I find the timing of this article and that of this meeting to be rather (ahem!) interesting - just a tad too much to be a coincidence.

Today Michael Voris released another "Mic'd Up" entitled "Smuggling In Sodomy", discussing how sodomites wormed their way into high places in the Church.  Nowadays they aren't so much being "smuggled in" as much as they are brazenly barging their way through the Church.  Recall, for example, the lesbians holding their "wedding reception" in a Knights of Columbus hall in Indiana.  Shamefully the Knights there are acting as cowards, but that's another problem.

Of Homofacists And Homophiles

Here is this past Wednesday's Mic'd Up edition regarding homofacism.  Yes that word does describe a sinister reality that I've seen first-hand.

He gives various examples of homofacists rearing their ugly heads.  At 3:45 he broaches the topic of Sister Jane Dominic Laurel who is being persecuted for proclaiming God's truth about marriage.  Right after that he interviews David Hains, Communications Director for the Diocese of Charlotte.  Mr. Hains did stand up for Sister.  I should point out that this Mic'd Up was recorded before Bishop Jugis opened his mouth and waffled all over the place.

Notice at 31:15 where Voris brings up the DC example of homofacism?  He's speaking of the situation two Lents ago at St John Neumann parish when they turned on Father Marcel Guarnizo, with the permission - if not outright connivance - of the DC chancery.  Voris asks the question whether or not Fr. Guarnizo was being set up.  I think that's a fair question; I couldn't help but notice that the Washington Post picked that up immediately - as though they had prior notice.

Notice at 41:30 where he talks of the definition of "homophile" (as coined by Austin Ruse) to mean (among other things) Catholics who seem to think homosexuality is a gift from God that must be celebrated.  Sister Anne Smollin, about whom I wrote yesterday, is such an individual.  For that reason I'm urging that her planned appearance be canceled and at least opposed.  I actually coined that term before; my definition is a bit more broad than Ruse's.  I use it to describe someone who advocates for acceptance of that perverted lifestyle, regardless of whether that person is homosexual or not.  And yes, they are often part and parcel of the homfacism.   I'll now post the video below.

Mic'd Up On Church's Self-Destruction

Michael Voris based the title of this "Mic'd Up" episode on a statement made by Pope Paul VI as he reflected on negative results of the mis-application of Vatican II pronouncements.  The first guest was Pat Archibald of Creative Minority Report, who spoke of the need for the Muslims' conversion to the One True Faith, not some wishy-washy "dialog".  Would the Archdiocese of Washington folks assigned to watch this blog please summon Cardinal McCarrick to watch this (starting at the 14-minute mark)?  He stands in dire need of this reminder of why he was ordained.
