Mark Houck Acquitted - NOT The End Of The Story

Today, January 30 2023, news broke of the acquittal of Mark Houck of the bogus charges brought against him by the corrupt Biden administration, specifically through the Department of (in)Justice.  Recall that four months ago, he was hauled away by a swat team out of his home in front of his terrified children.

They tried to nail him on alleged violations of the FACE act.  Houck was well-represented by attorneys from the Thomas More Society.  They pointed out that Houck's alleged "assault" didn't even fit the definition of a FACE violation and that the deathscort who alleged injury (Bruce Love) was not in the good graces of the Planned Parenthood.  It seems that he violated Planned Parenthood's prohibition regarding engaging with pro-life people.  Imagine that! 

Now Houck is acquitted and pro-life people are rightly pleased.  However, several of them seem to believe that this victory is complete and that we can put this behind us.  I, as a front-line activist myself, beg to differ.  For too long we have contented ourselves with merely fending off legal attacks and winning defensive battles.  As is said in sports circles, though, the best defense is a good offense.

The DOJ brought forth a frivolous suit, most likely for the purpose of wearing people down.  I'm not sure they even anticipated a legal victory but just wanted pro-life people to expend time and money.  Well, maybe it's high time that we make them expend some of their resources.  I would think that the Houck family has more than sufficient grounds to file countersuits on account of the harassments that they suffered.

Not only am I publicly urging Mark Houck to file countersuit, but I am urging all pro-life people who have suffered hindrance and harm to go on the legal offensive.  Exercise your legal rights to defend yourselves, your fellow pro-lifers and your ability to do your pro-life work.

Of course that will take some money.  I therefore also urge donations to the Thomas More Society and other similar organizations to help them assist beleaguered pro-life activists.

Breaking - Dept of Justice Storm Troopers Haul Away PA Pro-Life Activist From His Home In The Wee Hours Of This Morning

Mark Houck is a pro-life activist in Pennsylvania and the founder/president of the King’s Men (see thekingsmen.org) He has been going to the Planned Parenthood mill known as the Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center in Philadelphia every Wednesday for four hours.  On October 15, 2021, Houck was there with his young son and another prayer partner.  A male deathscort, 72 years old, was there to rush women inside the mill so that their babies could be killed. 

The deathscort took some time to harass the young Houck boy.  Mark repeatedly told the deathscort to stop harassing his son.  The boy walked down to a corner and the deathscort followed him.  Houck pushed the deathscort away from his boy.  At that, the deathscort pulled a dramatic flop scene then rushed into the mill.  All this was recorded by Planned Parenthood’s security cameras.  Soon thereafter Houck got served with papers.  The following winter, there were three different court dates.  For the first one, the pro-life attorney couldn’t be there.  The next date the pro-abort attorney didn’t show.  The judge then said if the pro-aborts didn’t show for the third date, that he would throw the case out.  The deathscort himself failed to show so the case was indeed thrown out. 

That should have been the end of it, but the Department of Justice got involved.  They were looking for a possible FACE violation.  The video taken by Planned Parenthood showed that to be nonsensical.  Pro-life attorneys have a copy of said video.  Moreover, the attached Google-Earth picture also makes a lie of the FACE charge.  Any possible corner where the altercation took place is far enough from the mill entrance to render a FACE charge farcical on its face. 

That didn’t stop the ever-intrepid feds from borrowing tactics from the Nazi Gestapo and springing into action, as it were.  On Friday, September 23, in the morning at 7:00 AM, 20-25 armed men barged into the Houck residence.  They dragged Houck out in handcuffs in front of his wife and children.  They took him to the Federal Detention Center at 6^th and Market and arraigned him.  They put him in handcuffs and leg shackles.  They chained him to a table for four hours.  Afterwards they let him out on his own recognizance. 

If any of this sounds vaguely familiar, it should.  Recall this post from five months ago.  Refresh your memories regarding the pro-life activists who engaged in a rescue at the DC mill of Cesare Santangelo on Oct 20, 2020.  Armed agents of the Department of Justice burst into the homes of these pro-lifers, also in the wee hours of the morning.  They too were let go after putting them through a harangue. 

At the time of this writing, legal strategies are still being weighed and considered.  Obviously, this is a breaking situation so we’ll advise as is deemed best.

Eggs Are On The Faces Of DC Police And DOJ After Nazi-Like Treatment Of Nine Pro-Life Activists

Last week we all beheld the DC Police and US Department of Justice engage in a "couvrez vos derrieres" maneuver that in reality will prove to be more insipid than deceitful. 

Recently, Lauren Handy and other pro-life activists were outside the Washington Surgi-Center operated by Dr. Cesare Santangelo.  At that time, a driver from Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services was picking up babies murdered by Santangelo.  Handy was able to obtain a box with some of the babies in it.

In researching this matter, I was reminded that Santangelo was visited by pro-life activists in 2013, unbeknownst to him at the time.  Lila Rose and her Live Action group have long been known for undercover stings of abortuaries, catching them flouting the law.  A pregnant associate of Live Action conducted an interview with Santangelo and asked him what he would do if a baby he aborted survived the procedure.  Santangelo said that he would not help such a child, admitting that he would violate the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act.  ABC published a report here.

In light of Live Action’s efforts, Handy had reason to suspect that these babies were murdered via abortion procedures that violated the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban and the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act.  She probably also hoped to give them a decent funeral, as opposed to letting them be incinerated by Curtis Bay like so much garbage.  After prayer and consultation with other activists, she decided, through a lawyer, to contact DC authorities to have them examine the babies’ bodies for violations of the afore-mentioned federal laws.  Please notice that this letter was both emailed and mailed on March 29, 2022.

This was the same abortuary where Handy, along with eight other pro-life activists, conducted a rescue on October 22, 2020.  The other eight are: Jonathan Darnel, 40, of Arlington, Virginia, Jay Smith, 32, of Freeport, New York; Paulette Harlow, 73, of Kingston, Massachusetts; Jean Marshall, 72, of Kingston, Massachusetts; John Hinshaw, 67, of Levittown, New York; Heather Idoni, 61, of Linden, Michigan; William Goodman, 52, of the Bronx, New York; and Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, New Jersey.  

Last February, the Department of Justice  convened a grand jury to review the “charges”, having sworn in the jury on February 15.  The nine defendants received no notice of these proceedings.  The DOJ filed the indictments on March 24 and only unsealed them on March 30, the date of the arrests.  It is also the day after the DC authorities received Mr. Cooley’s email that detailed Handy's wish to hand over the babies for official examination.  Isn’t that just the most convenient of coincidences? 

At the time of their arrests, they were at their respective homes.  The arrests took place between 5am and 8am.  In other words, some of them were awakened to cops banging on their doors for a non-violent life-saving action of over a year ago.  Father David Nix has video of one of the arrests: at gun-point, forcing some pro-lifers to their knees, etc. The Department of Justice statement can be viewed here. 

The activists were released later in the day.  As Handy returned to her DC home, she found that it was being raided by DC police.  Mainstream media waxed predictably horrified over the bodies in Handy’s home, stating that the police were acting on an “anonymous tip”.  Cooley’s letter, initiated by Handy herself, was that “anonymous tip”. 

DC Police Executive Assist. Chief of Police Ashan M. Benedict told reporters Thursday "the fetuses appeared to have been aborted in accordance with D.C. law. There doesn't appear to be anything criminal about that — except for how they got into that house," Benedict said.  My!  Wasn’t that a lickety-split examination?  In other words, “nothing to see here, folks!  Move along.”  Acting surprised regarding the babies at Handy’s home, Benedict’s nose appears to have grown an inch or two. 

Handy and others did videos of the children before they were confiscated by the DC police.  Live Action was given the videos, and affiliated physicians (including a former abortionist) examined them.  They opine that illegal abortions may have been perpetrated on the children.  More details are found at this site.  Be warned, this site shows the violated bodies of these poor babies in detail. 

Let’s cut to the chase and sum this up.  The DC government, having received the email from Cooley, knew that they would be obliged to examine the bodies in accordance with Handy’s request.  Being in the back pockets of the abortion industry in DC, they connived to discredit Handy.  Knowing that Handy and others conducted a rescue at Santangelo’s one and a half years ago, and that the Department of Justice was sitting on an indictment of which the defendants were unaware, they worked with the DOJ and the FBI to act on that indictment to arrest Handy and the others.  That served the purpose of getting Handy out of her home so that the DC police could conduct their raid.  It gave credence to their narrative that Handy was surreptitiously keeping the babies in her home to paint her as an imbalanced “anti-choice extremist”, knowing full well that she intended to have the babies examined through legal channels.  They wanted to give cover to Santangelo and to the abortion industry in general. 

As for those poor babies, I suspect they will never receive a dignified funeral.  Most likely they will wind up in some incinerator. By the way, Curtis Bay has drawn the ire of neighboring Dundalk residents for the putrid stenches that they put forth.  Now Dundalk knows that they have been inhaling, among other things, the remains of murdered babies. 

Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), an organization with which Lauren Handy is affiliated, will hold a press conference on Tuesday, April 5, at 11am at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.  In that conference they will answer some questions:

· Where did the aborted babies come from? 

· Did the Metropolitan Police Department test for oxygen in the lungs of these babies?

· Why did those arrested by the FBI choose Washington Surgi-Clinic for their protest?

· How were the fetal remains acquired?

· Who obtained the fetal remains?

· How many aborted fetuses were acquired in total, besides the five in police custody? 

· What will happen to the remaining aborted fetuses (that have not been turned over to police)?

· Where are the fetuses now? 

· What would have happened to these fetal remains had they not been recovered? 

· What demands are the defendants, and those who obtained the aborted babies making of the Department of Justice? 

· Who is Dr. Cesare Santangelo, and what is his role in the deaths of these children?

Some Religions Are More Equal Than Others

How Orwellian the Obama regime has become.  We hear now that the Department of Justice (of AP-email-snooping infamy) is rattling its saber against those of us who dare question the portrayal of Islam as a "religion of peace".  DOJ official William Killian said that federal civil rights laws can be violated by those who post "inflammatory documents aimed at Muslims" on social media.  Only these Minions Most Mindless know what constitutes "inflammatory" in their (excuses for) minds.

So if I link to the article about the Muslim who murdered and beheaded two Coptic Christians in Jersey City, am I being "inflammatory"?  How about if I link to this interview of an Egyptian Muslim cleric who gives pointers on how to properly beat one's wife?  (By the way - where are all the feminists?  Why, oh why, aren't they in an uproar over this?)

Well, speak I will.  This is still the United States of America, where there is at least still some lip service paid to the Constitution - for now.  Go to this Breitbart article about last week's Congressional hearing regarding the DOJ misadventures.  Trent Franks is questioning Thomas Perez, Assistant Attorney General of the DOJ Civil Rights Division.

This "inflammatory" nonsense is simply a ploy to get good people to shut up about the obvious encroachment attempt by adherents to a violent ideology.  By the way, if Islam is truly a "religion of peace", would someone please point me to the links where mainstream muslims denounce their misbehaving brethren for beating women, blowing up the Boston Marathon, 9/11, etc?

Gay-Nazis At Department Of Justice

The Liberty Council obtained a copy of a Department of Justice pamphlet entitled "LGBT Inclusion at Work: Seven Habits of Highly Effective Managers".  It's quite a hoot, paid for by our tax dollars.  World Net Daily has an excellent piece on this latest attempt to coerce speech and yes, thought.  Why?  They are being ordered - ordered! - to positively affirm immoral behavior.  It is not enough for these tyrants to merely silence good people.  They seek to force actions and words from them that violate their consciences.  Bear in mind that this is a governmental agency - not some private company that is merely implementing the beliefs of its owners.  We the people are paying to have good managers bullied into compliance with perversion.

Speaking of private companies merely implementing their beliefs, that too has incurred the wrath of the gay-nazis.  In the state of Washington, a florist is being harassed because she won't facilitate a gay wedding.  In her case, she is not taking this sitting down.  With the assistance of Alliance Defending Freedom, she is counter-suing the state.  Here's hoping she wins.

Guess Who's In The Department of Justice Cross-Hairs?

Might it be the New Black Panthers, who had their thugs at various polling places during the 2008 elections, wielding night sticks at those who might dare to vote against Obama?  (Click here if you can't see embedded video).



How silly!  Of course the DOJ wouldn't be gunning after goons who were simply "thugging for Obama"!  After all, if they go to jail, what might happen to the election in 2012?

Nope!  The Minions Most Mindless of the Messiah Most Miserable of the DOJ were going after a real threat to the Messiah's regime - at least, to the pocketbooks of the leading abortion perpetrator in this country.  They are going after Dick Retta who is a sidewalk counselor in front of the Planned Parenthood facility on 16th Street in Washington DC.  Read about the nonsense at the Lifesite News article.  Therein you can see the official complaint and see a video of Mr. Retta as he goes about his sidewalk counseling.  If you can't see the video embedded in that article, go here.  By the way - after you read the complaint and marvel at how the escorts are portrayed as angelic paragons of virtue, go back to my post of a few days ago and watch that video to see how the escorts really carry on!  The pro-life man who is being blocked and slammed is Mr. Retta.

To be fair, Mr. Retta does pose a bit of a threat - to the money intake at Planned Parenthood, that is.  The place is within walking distance of the White House, so the shrieks of the Planned Parenthood money clerks, as they prepare ever-shrinking daily bank deposits, must be reaching the ears of the Messiah Most Miserable (they are rather big!).

So there you have it.  The Obama-controlled Department of Justice turns blind eyes to voting poll thugs and works diligently to protect the money intake of the biggest abortion perpetrator in the country.  Your tax dollars at work - keeping the Messiah Most Miserable and his money-bags happy!
