Important Information Regarding The Election

Cheryl Sullenger of Operation Rescue published a piece on what the current election debacle means for pro-life activism and the babies.  I will add that this will greatly determine whether or not the progressives implement their diabolical plans for their atheistic one-world government.  Towards the end she gives excellent suggestions as to what we can do to assist in the effort to clean up our electoral process.

Please read it carefully, and watch the video embedded in that article.  In that video, President Trump outlines many manifestations of fraud that occurred during the election time.  We all need to have eyes and ears open as we pray our Rosaries.

Carhart Sent Two Women To Hospital From Bethesda In May 2020

When Leroy Carhart was butchering moms and babies in Germantown, sending at least eight of them to the hospital via ambulance, killing one of them (Jennifer Morbelli) I  quipped that perhaps the condo association should arrange for a private parking space in front of Carhart's location to accomodate the parade of ambulances.

He left Germantown and went into Wildwood Shopping Center in Bethesda.  It's a very convenient location for him, very close to the I495 and I270 interchanges.   A month after he opened (and his opening was illegal), an ambulance was seen outside of that office building, transporting yet another botched-abortion victim to the hospital.

In that last link, I asked a question about a hypothetical "ambulance 2".  It is hypothetical no longer.  Operation Rescue learned that in May 2020 (last month), there were two separate incidents where women were taken by ambulance to the hospital.  Mind you, these are the only ones of which we know.  We aren't there at all times so there might well have been more.

When I said "hospital", I meant Shady Grove in Rockville MD.  When he was in Germantown, it made sense for him to send his victims to Shady Grove, for that was the closest hospital for Germantown.  However, from the Wildwood area in Bethesda, Suburban Hospital is literally a few miles down the road.  Why didn't he send the women there?  There's more to that than meets the eye.

I'm also rather alarmed that the frequency of these incidents seems to be resuming old patterns.  Why?  I'm not even going to ask the question of how the locals can tolerate this literal bloodletting.  This is lower Montgomery County, a hotbed of progressivism and hostility to any sense of morality.   When we as a society can be so blase in the face of such crimes, I wonder why God hasn't sent plagues upon us more severe than covid and the riots?

Illegal Abortion Center In Bethesda Maryland

This past summer, Operation Rescue detected another unlicensed baby-murder place in Maryland.  This location is in Bethesda, MD.  Southern Montgomery County is one of the most left-wing areas in the state.  I can attest that one can almost smell the progressivism as they drive through the place so it is no surprise to me.  By the way - in 2009 the Montgomery County Council, being in the back pockets of NARAL, attempted to curtail the free speech rights of pro-life pregnancy centers; I blogged on that quite a bit while that drama was unfolding.  They were finally beaten in court.  Would those same intrepid champions on the council bat an eyelash over this center?  I wouldn't hold my breath!

I now link to the Operation Rescue piece.  Embedded in that article is video of the perpetrator, Alan Ross, talking.  He mentions a facility in Gaithersburg as well.  That dump has closed, but 25+ years ago, I got my start in pro-life activism by praying with other pro-lifers at that place.

Carhart And Germantown Reproductive Health Services Sued For Botched Abortion

On January 19 I reported on yet another botched abortion that necessitated a woman being taken by ambulance to the hospital.  Operation Rescue reports that the woman has filed suit against both Carhart and Germantown Reproductive Health Services for the malpractice that left her disabled and probably unable to bear another child.  The OR report links to the court documents that list both Carhart and the abortuary as co-defendants.

Since Ms. Devine was injured at Carhart's hands, at least four other women suffered as well - three in Germantown.  That of course does not count the hundreds of babies who were torn to pieces at the hands of Carhart and his barbaric staff.  We pray that this suit brings this killing center to a screeching halt.

Carhart Abortuary Caught Operating Without A Lab Permit

Operation Rescue announced yesterday that Germantown Reproductive Health Services was caught on September 25, 2015 operating without a valid medical laboratory permit.  This was revealed during an inspection of the abortuary.  The permit they displayed expired in August 2013; at the time of the inspection the permit was already two years obsolete.  GRHS was also cited for failing to ensure that its employees were proficient in testing women for the Rh blood factor.

Both Carhart and GRHS have already been subpoenaed to appear before the Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives.  Its chairperson Marsha Blackburn stated that this panel has already determined that Stem Express and its partner abortuaries (I suspect most of them are Planned Parenthood abortuaries) have violated federal patient privacy and informed consent regulations.  When Carhart et al are set to appear in a few weeks, I hope that these latest derelictions of professional duties are addressed.

Carhart Carnage Department - The Butcher Of Germantown Strikes For The Ninth Time

Yesterday, on April 4, late-term abortionist sent yet another woman to the hospital.  Operation Rescue has details with video from Maryland Coalition for Life.  That is less than one week after he caused woman #8 to be hospitalized.  This is the fifth woman in five months, now two in one week.

I remember how all the pro-abortion hacks chortled about making abortion "safe, legal and rare".  All they got right was the "legal" part.  They don't care about the other two for as long as baby-slaughter is aided and abetted by law, their bank accounts are padded quite well.

The Maryland Board of Physicians's phone number is (410) 764-4777.  Call them.  Melt their phone lines.  They must do their job and shut down the menace that is Germantown Reproductive Health Services.

From The Carhart Carnage Department - Number 12!

On February 4 at his Nebraska hell-hole, Leroy Carhart caused another woman to go to the hospital.  Recordings obtained by Operation Rescue indicate that the woman was bleeding heavily and that the abortion may have been incomplete.  This poses a life-threatening condition for the woman.  Her condition remains unknown.  This happened less than one month after he caused the hospitalization of a woman at the Germantown mill.

Ladies and gentlemen, these two incidents bring his current "hit list" of brutalized women to twelve.  Operation Rescue counts eleven women butchered between the Nebraska and Maryland mills since 2012 - with one of the Maryland incidents resulting in death.  Recall that Christin Gilbert died at his now-closed Kansas location.  Two women died at his hands - at least that's all of which we are aware at this time.  Mark my words - there will be more - and I do mean fatalities.

These numbers, horrendous as they are, are by far dwarfed by the thousands of tiny children ripped to pieces by Carhart in their mothers' wombs.  The state governments are complicit, to be sure.  Nevertheless, each and everyone of us needs to ask if he/she is doing everything within his/her power to bring this carnage to a halt.  Are you regularly offering witness in front of your local abortion chamber?  If not, I'd suggest participation in 40 Days For Life.  Go to their website and join an outreach local to you.  If you're looking for a worthy Lenten exercise, this would be an excellent choice.

Carhart Botches His Sixth Abortion In Germantown

On December 18th, when I reported on Carhart's fifth screw-up, I predicted that it wouldn't be his last.  How could I have realized my prediction would come true so soon?  He did it yet again on January 19th.  Operation Rescue has a report with video.

So that's six - of which we know.  As Cheryl Sullenger says, it's not a matter of "if" he'll botch another; it's a question of "when".  Moreover, since he's already killed two women, odds are very high that he'll kill another.  Of course he's already murdering scores of babies as a matter of routine.

This abortion mill where the murder and mayhem occurs at Germantown Reproductive Health Services is located in Germantown Executive Park Terrace, off Wisteria Drive.  If any of my readers do business with any other occupant of this center, ask them what they are doing to drive this hell-hole from their vicinity.  They do bear some responsibility for tolerating these crimes in their office complex.

Is The Montgomery County Government Itching For Another Legal Spanking?

Almost three weeks ago, the Germantown Reproductive Health Services was visited for the fourth time by an ambulance - actually, two in this case.  As with the other cases, a botched abortion job occasioned the visits from the ambulances.

Operation Rescue obtained some heavily redacted tapes pertaining to the 911 call that summoned the ambulances there.  They also obtained some rather odd prohibitions on use of public records.  OR president Troy Newman believes that Montgomery County Council's actions are part and parcel of an attempt to cover up yet another botch-job by Leroy Carhart.  Knowing the composition of the Montgomery County Council, I believe Newman's suspicions to be very reasonable.  Newman has had a track record of successful use of similar recordings in the past.  The Council probably knows this and are trying to circle their wagons.

I truly hope that the Council sees the light of day and orders Michael Baltrotsky, Operations Supervisor of Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, to cease and desist any action against Newman.  I believe neither he nor the Council has any legals grounds on which to stand.  Given their most recent defeat with the pregnancy center law (costing the county quite a pretty penny), can they afford to have more egg on their faces - especially before the November elections?

Carhart's Indiana Abortuary Among Three Mills Closed This Week

Operation Rescue announced the happy news that three places where children were being murdered are now defunct.  One of them is a baby-killing center where Leroy Carhart worked one day per week.  The place in Indianapolis where Carhart worked was called Affiliated Women's Services and was owned by Lois Bennett.  It seems she owed about $20,000 in county taxes; the place was seized and will be sold at auction so that some of those taxes can be recouped.  It also appears that the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana was investigating the mill over questions related to patient safety.

Operation Rescue broached the Indiana officials about those matters and the latter at least seemed to address them with professionalism and impartiality.  They also broached the State of Maryland regarding Carhart after he sent his third Maryland victim to a hospital (one of them a fatality).  However, the Maryland State government, with the de facto abortuary employees that inhabit high offices in Maryland, have largely turned a blind eye to Carhart's many deficiencies.

Ladies and gentlemen - particularly Maryland citizens - this is why the upcoming election in November is so critical. (Reminder - Faithful Catholics of MD/DC Inc is not a 501c3 charity.  We can make any political statement that we wish).  We need to clean house in Maryland - that means Anthony Brown cannot be allowed to move into the State House; vote for Larry Hogan for governor.  We need to eject the NARAL puppets - including Joshua Sharfstein - from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and other related state agencies.  We also need to rid county-level governments - particularly Montgomery County and Baltimore City - of the NARAL lackeys who wasted taxpayer dollars to try to stymie the First Amendment rights of pro-life pregnancy centers.  Only then do we stand half a chance of abating the slaughter within the State of Maryland.  I'll have more on the elections later.

I rejoice at the closure of Carhart's Indiana mill.  I only regret that this might mean he'll spend more time in Germantown killing babies.

Abortionist Harold Alexander Whines About Getting Caught

As reported some time back. Harold Alexander, Maryland abortionist operating a mill with no license, had his license suspended.   Like most petty criminals, he blames his misfortunes not on his own criminal conduct, but upon those who reported his transgressions.  In this case, that would be Operation Rescue.  His whining is analogous to that of a bank robber blaming his imprisonment on the police who caught him or the witness who testified at his trial - not on his own aberrant way of life.

The three-month suspension is not much more than a rap on the knuckles.  However, this is the state of Maryland where much of the state government is in the back pockets of NARAL and Planned Parenthood.  But still that's three months when he's not slaughtering babies.

Congratulations to Operation Rescue for their hard work on exposing Alexander and so many other child-killers.

MD Officials Sue To Stymie Pro-Life Access to Public Records

Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene filed suit last year to stop Andrew Glenn, director of the Maryland Coalition for Life, because the latter made a public records request for documents pertaining to the licensing of abortion centers in Maryland.  He was concerned (and his concern has solid basis) that some abortuaries are operating illegally.

The excuse is that the release of the information could lead to "harassment and violence".  The American Center for Law and Justice attorney representing Glenn stated that during arguments this past Friday, the state could not cite one instance where that occurred.  I refer you now to Operation Rescue's report on that matter.

Whereas the release of that information led to no "harassment and violence", there's no doubt that embarrassment and humiliation have occurred - not just for the abortionists but also for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.  Just last week it was reported that Harold Alexander received a three-month suspension because he (wait for it!) operating an unlicensed abortuary (again).  I link to more reading material so you can see how Carhart, staff and fellow abortionists have been found to be - uh - "license-challenged"!

As I pointed out in a previous post, Joshua Sharfstein is Secretary of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and an unabashed pro-abortion activist.  See here for his past pro-abortion doings.  If you want additional information, just google "Sharfstein NARAL" and feast your eyes.  Does anyone doubt here that Sharfstein is simply trying to run interference for the lucrative baby-murder business in Maryland?  These days it seems to be the only industry that isn't fleeing Maryland.

Let us pray that Glenn and the ACLJ attorneys prevail.

Operation Rescue Obtains 911 Recordings Of Carhart Botch-Job At GRHS

Last November, abortionist Leroy Carhart and team caused another woman to be rushed to the hospital.  Operation Rescue filed a "Maryland Public Information Act" request to obtain a copy of the 911 call.  Just a few days ago, a heavily redacted version of the recording was received by Operation Rescue.  

It is common procedure to redact any information regarding identities of persons involved.  However, the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Department redacted much more; this over-zealous editing has the paw prints of the pro-abortion folks in high offices in the Maryland government.  Still, as the Operation Rescue article points out, the indications are that the woman taken to hospital in November was suffering from hemorrhaging.

This woman was not the first to suffer a botched abortion at Leroy Carhart's hands; chances are that she won't be the last.  To our knowledge she still lives.  I pray that she repents and receives God's forgiveness. 

Leroy Carhart Sends Woman Number Nine To Hospital

Leroy Carhart is a busy man.  A very busy man!  Just four days after causing the emergency hospitalization of a patient of his in Germantown MD (Nov 26, to be exact), he caused the hospitalization of another woman at his Bellevue NE chop shop "clinic".   Here are details from Operation Rescue.  That makes four of them during 2013, with one of them being a fatality  At the rate he's going, he should have little private ambulances ready at his facilities in their own reserved parking spaces for his future botch-up jobs that will inevitably occur.  They may well happen sooner rather than later.

Below is an Operation Rescue video that highlights the nine women injured - correction, seven injured, two killed - at the hand of Leroy Carhart.  Watch and listen at the 1:15 mark (the fifth botch-up).  The Carhart woman placing the call is trying to get information from "Lindsey" at 1:27.   Lindsey seems not to be forthcoming in that scene.  It's quite likely she's the Lindsey Creekmore mentioned in the OR article.  The Nebraska Attorney General is trying to revoke her license; the hearing is scheduled for next March.  She has been seen at Germantown; I've written about her.  The Maryland Board of Nursing website gives no evidence that she ever applied for a Maryland license while she worked here.  However, if her Nebraska license is revoked, I would not be the least bit surprised if she resurfaced in Germantown.

Will Carhart's license to practice ever be terminated?  To be frank, I don't think that will ever happen until there is serious house-cleaning in Annapolis; 2014 would be a good time to start.  The current crop of officials is too much in the back pockets of the abortionists - from O'Malley right on down to their appointees like Sharfstein.  We need to get busy.

Important note: I mentioned two fatalities.  For the sake of this discussion I limited myself to maternal casualties.  In reality there have been thousands of casualites, the babies murdered by Leroy Carhart.  Pray for his repentance.  Now the video...

Carhart Sends Another Woman To MD Hospital - Third This Year!

On Feb 7th and July 9th of this year, Leroy Carhart caused two women to be hospitalized as a result of abortions they received at his Germantown facility; for more details read this link.  The woman from Feb 7th, Jennifer Morbelli, died as a direct result of his abortion procedures.

Because of the death, the State of Maryland Office of Health Care Quality conducted an "investigation" of Carhart's practice - or at least went through the motions of doing so.  In May they cleared the Carhart practice.  I learned of this in the Gazette and wrote an open letter to them.  Among other things I pointed out that Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Secretary, Dr Joshua Sharfstein was quoted as saying that "no deficiencies were found" at the Germantown mill - despite reports that are found on the DHMH site (Note: if they're gone, I took the precaution of downloading them, so just advise if they've, uh, "disappeared").  Oh, by the way!  At their October 2013 "evening of chocolate" gala, Maryland NARAL gave one of their "Leadership Awards" to - (Bet you can't guess! - Aw, you peeked!) - Dr. Joshua Sharfstein!  Go to this Defend Life newsletter and scroll to page 12.  Lots of the folks at this event (that we picketed) just gushed with praise for Sharfstein.  And Family Research Council points out that Sharfstein racked up quite a pro-abortion resume.  Way back in April, Jill Stanek noticed Sharfstein's cozy relationships with abortionists.   If you want to see more, just google "Sharfstein NARAL" and you'll see an eyeful.

Boys and girls, given the above, can we all say "fox watching hen-house"?  His May report can be summed up in these words: "Nothing to see here, folks!  Move along!"  His report, along with his chequered career screams of "conflict of interest".  But perhaps I'm being a tad too harsh.  After all, this was just a few months before the July 9th ambulance pulled up at the front door of the Germantown abortuary.

Yesterday, November 26, 2013, 11:45 am, another ambulance pulled up at the door - the second in four months!  The video is below.  At this time I know no additional details.  Operation Rescue states that the woman was taken to Shady Grove Adventist where she underwent emergency surgery.  No staff accompanied her; in fact, as I watch the clip (below) I see no family nor friend get into the ambulance and it doesn't appear that any car was preparing to follow them.  Recall that Carhart has no admitting privileges at any Maryland hospital.  If Maryland had a law similar to that of Texas, Carhart would have to remove his shingle from Germantown.

As long as Sharfstein and his bosses sit in their governmental perches, Carhart will not be dislodged.  In 2014 we have to change a lot of faces in Annapolis to bring about some real reform so that Maryland ceases being the pro-abortion mecca that it has become in recent years.  Now the video...

MD Abortionist Ordered To Halt Abortion Practice

I've written a bit about Maryland abortionist Harold Alexander in the past, detailing his wanton disregard for his patients.  Today Operation Rescue announced that the Maryland Physician's Board has issued to Alexander a "Cease and Desist" order.  Among the offenses that occasioned this order was the permitting of non-licensed employees to issue sedatives to patients.  The Operation Rescue page contains a link to the actual order.

Operation Rescue, its staff and its Maryland collaborators are to be commended for their dogged efforts in removing this one threat from the Maryland landscape.  Also to be commended in this instance are the Maryland Board of Physicians and Maryland Office of Health Care Quality.  We now pray that CINO O'Malley sees fit to act like a true public-servant governor and let them do their jobs.

Another Carhart Victim Is Hospitalized In Maryland

Yesterday afternoon (June 9) an ambulance took away a woman from the Germantown Reproductive Health Services.  Unlike the previous two debacles, the woman is alive (at least she was when taken away).  Let me state for the record that most of Carhart's victims are not hospitalized.  After they are brutally murdered, they are discarded, treated as "medical wastes" without so much as a decent funeral.

Operation Rescue has more details, with video of the ambulance taking her away.  Notice that Carhart is going with them, even though he has no admitting privileges in any Maryland hospital.  Is he going simply to maintain an appearance after: 1) his absence while Jennifer Morbelli died and/or 2) the failed inspection by Maryland authorities a few months ago?  Who knows?

Another Illegal/Unlicensed Abortuary In Maryland

This one is located in Prince Georges County.  Last week I linked to the first in a series that Operation Rescue is producing regarding shady killing centers in Maryland.  I link now to their second installment, this one pertaining to Annapolis Road Medical Center, operated by Mehradad Aalai.  He's been in trouble with the law previously, but that doesn't deter him from the murder of babies.  Please read the article and review the video therein.

Abortionist In Maryland Engaged In Unlicensed Practice

Deo Gratias! Another Abortuary Bites The Dust

In Florida, abortionist James Pendergraft was hit with a $36 million dollar malpractice judgment, with his license being suspended.  Hey!  It's only the fifth time his license has been suspended.  He partnered with Maryland abortionist Harold Alexander in his late-term murder enterprise; Alexander had his Maryland license suspended.

Today at Pendergraft's Orlando Women's Center, moving vans and police vehicles rolled up to the door to seize Pendergraft's assets in payment of the $36 million dollar judgment.  The Operation Rescue article has a video clip of a patient table (on which hundreds of babies undoubtedly were murdered) rolled onto the van.  That must have been a delightful sight to behold.  Pendergraft himself stood on the sidewalk and watched his weapons of mass murder being rolled away.  Sidewalk counselors tried to preach repentance to him, but to no (visible) avail.

LifeNews reports that a baby's life was saved today because the mom, expecting to go into the abortuary, found it being dismantled by legal authorities.  Sidewalk counselors did speak with her at length and she went to a pregnancy center.  Three other women likewise had to leave; let's pray that they don't have their babies murdered elsewhere.

Let us pray that all these hell-holes be closed soon.
