Two Signs Of Gay-Coddling Sacrilege To Come?

Today, when I went to the USCCB site to look up something else, this was on their main page

As you can see, they originally published that release more than a year ago.  So why, oh why, are they resurrecting it?  Are they trying to prepare us for these "blessings" to happen in our churches?

Consider that this appears just as Cardinal McElroy is making his presence known as the new Archbishop of Washington.  He is infamous as being unabashedly sympathetic to the gay lifestyle, going so far as to intimate that sodomy is not inherently sinful.  If some question that link as coming from a conservative source, consider that the Washington Blade waxes gleeful over McElroy's appointment here.

McElroy will be installed as prelate on March 11.  How long will it be after that before such "blessings", that is, actual cooperation with the mortal sin of sodomy, be expected of parish pastors?  What are we as Catholics in the pews going to do about it?  If we remain silent out of fear, we will be complicit in that sin.

On January 22, Cardinal Gregory attended and gave a talk at a "prayer service" held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Georgetown (We've heard about them before, haven't we?) for the LGBTQ "community".  A number of sources chortled about it, but Outreach carried the full text of Gregory's screed.  In a nutshell, he apologized to the gays on supposed behalf of the Church for the times when the Church was faithful to Christ's teachings on sexuality and marriage.  Gregory pulled a similar stunt at Georgetown University last August.  That's twice in one year that Gregory has groveled before those flaunting mortal sin.  A reasonable person could assume that Gregory is condoning and even applauding their perversions.

This Catholic denounces both the USCCB and Cardinal Gregory for capitulating to those in mortal sin, paving the way for even more depravity.  We certainly do pray for them, for we all must face Our Lord at the moments of our deaths.  We also suggest that faithful Catholics withhold all donations to the Archdiocese and let them know why.

BREAKING - Pride Mass To Take Place At DC Catholic Church - Action Needed

This coming Wednesday, June 14 at 5:30pm,  Holy Trinity Catholic Church will be allowing a "pride mass" to take place inside its church.  Below is the announcement as it appears on their Facebook events page.  Trinity's website confirms this.  

Trinity, being Jesuit infested run for many years now and located just south of Georgetown University, has for long been a swamp from which emanate all manners of dissent.  Still, this charade, if allowed to continue, will unleash new blasphemies and sacrileges that will demand satisfaction and punishment from an all-just God.

I understand that a Rosary in reparation outside the church is being planned.  At this time, though, I have no details on that.  Meanwhile, please contact the Archdiocese of Washington and politely insist that they put the kibosh on this profanity.  They have the authority to do so, their inevitable protestations notwithstanding.  Keep at it and please spread the word to your fellow Catholics.

When I learn more details of the Rosary, I will post them.

I Just KNEW Pelosi Would Pull This Stunt!

No doubt she is smarting over the disciplinary smack-down delivered to her by her Archbishop.  I'd like to think that her conscience is still somewhat alive enough to be stung, but I think it's more her ego that got bruised.  I think it to be the latter, considering what she did a few days ago.

This past Sunday she received Holy Communion from Holy Trinity parish, a left-wing Jesuit-run (pardon the redundancy) church just south of Georgetown University and Washington DC.  This is one church about which I've written quite a bit over the years.  Among their many stunts was the bestowal of Holy Communion to then-VP-elect Joe Biden, after which the pastor gave to Biden a standing ovation during Mass.  I knew that if Pelosi was going to act in defiance of her bishop, she'd do that at Holy Trinity, where no doubt the progressives there were cheering as she committed sacrilege.

Now the question is "what will Cardinal Gregory do about this and any future attempts by Pelosi to receive Holy Communion?"  Regarding any future attempts, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Pelosi doesn't attend Mass that frequently so that question might be rather moot.  Of course that would be a sin against the Third Commandment, but for now we'll leave that question be.  Anyway, the Cardinal did his share of harrumphing two years ago when President Trump visited the John Paul II Shrine.  Will he bestir himself in the slightest regarding the sacrileges that Pelosi, Biden et al continue to heap upon the Eucharist?  I believe we know the answer to that purely rhetorical question.  But I'm open to being pleasantly surprised!

By the way, this link contains an interview that Pelosi gave on the matter.  This is atypical, I understand, as she is actually somewhat coherent.  But still she displays complete disdain for the Faith.

Call To Prayer And Fasting For Synod And A Warning From Holy Trinity Parish

Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider have issued:

• A declaration warning against six "theological errors and heresies" contained in the Instrumentum Laboris for the Amazon Synod that will happen next month in Rome, and
• A call for prayer and fasting during the forty days prior to the sin-nod.  They will start September 17.  The two prelates recommend a daily Rosary and fasting, preferably on Wednesdays or Fridays.  The intention is that the errors and heresies noted in their warning will never come out of the sin-nod.

If these errors are issued from the sin-nod, the way will be paved for even more violations of the Faith.  Some of these are happening now.

For those in the Washington DC area, I use as an example Holy Trinity Parish, just south of Georgetown University.  It is run by Jesuits and has been a dissident hotbed for some time now.

This parish is celebrating its 225th anniversary.  What better way for a Catholic parish to celebrate and give thanks to God for its existence by fawning all over sexual perverts and their enablers?  As you see in this bulletin, gay-enabling Father James Martin is scheduled to give an address at 10am, Saturday Oct 5 to peddle his latest heretical tome.  Read the entire bulletin to see more groveling to the gay juggernaut.

From the parish's youtube channel, we see this pathetic fellow wax lyrical regarding his descent towards perdition being accelerated by Holy Trinity.

On the parish's page dedicated to this anniversary, we read: "could Bishop John Carroll and Rev. Francis Neale, S.J. know what Holy Trinity would become 225 years ago?"  The answer is no - not in their most horrid nightmares.

As we join in this prayer effort, let us also pray for all the Joe Figinis of this world who, when they asked for fish, were given serpents.  Pray that they may come to repentance and salvation despite their parishes.

Father Reese Plops Another Stinker

This one occurred this past weekend during a "Sunday Speakers Series" session at Holy Trinity Church near Georgetown University.  Both are Jesuit-controlled institutions, so that should tell you a lot.  In it he voiced unabashed support for the HHS contraception mandate.  Here's the whopper, coming from a Catholic priest: "Contraception is a lot cheaper than live births, especially if the live births are problematic."  He sounds a bit like Simon Legree, valuing cash over babies.  One can only imagine the "solution" he might suggest for those "problematic live births".  Apparently all the mercenaries parishioners in the audience clapped and applauded over this.  What can we say?  This is the same bunch that gave Joe Biden a standing ovation during Mass after he made a sacrilegious Holy Communion.

My colleague at A Washington DC Catholic opines that Reese should be defrocked.  (Reese is no stranger to being sacked; recall that one of the first actions of Pope Benedict XVI was to fire Reese as editor of America, the Jesuit rag/magazine).  I agree.  Moreover, so should all the parish priests at Holy Trinity; and perhaps it's high time to place that entire parish under interdict or some other discipline.

Catholic Voting Principles - Undermined In Catholic Parishes

This report from Lifenews.com is a repeat of the same sad song we hear from Catholic parishes.  Some of them, and even entire dioceses, are refusing permission to allow distribution of guides that follow the bishops' instructions on prioritizing issues.  They prefer instead things that hearken back to the "seamless garment" scam.  Are they being a tad too solicitous of their much-adored "501c3" status?  Some are, but some aren't!

Case in point - Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Washington, DC, right off the Georgetown University campus.  Like Georgetown, Holy Trinity is governed by Jesuits (doesn't that explain a lot?).  In last week's bulletin, a pro-life activist found an article praising Obamacare.  Moreover, it contained this line: "Although I take very seriously the role that we as Catholics should play in bringing our values to the discussion of specific aspects of national health care policy, I think it is more important to make sure that everyone who needs health coverage has it - period."

Got that?  Let me paraphrase:  "Forget about those icky, inconvenient pro-life and pro-family values!  We need Obamacare, even at the expense of having the blood of babies on our hands!"

Some might recall that this is the church that then-VP-elect Joe Biden attended.  Right after he sacrilegiously received Holy Communion, the priest and the congregation gave him a standing ovation - while Mass was still in progress!  If that tripe had to appear in a Catholic bulletin, it's just as well it happened at Holy Trinity, since they're so far gone anyway.

Jesuit-Run Churches in Washington Spew Forth Abuses

On January 18, 2009, then VP-elect Joe Biden received a standing ovation during Mass at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, not far from Georgetown University.  Not only did this nonsense happen during Mass, but apparently it happened minutes after he received Holy Communion!  Words almost fail me!  During Mass, Our Lord should be the One receiving honor and praise - the only One.  Well, not only was He insulted in attention being diverted to someone else, but that "someone else" was being applauded just after he received Our Lord in a sacriligeous manner.

Well, it seems that the Jesuits are continuing to profane the Mass.  The latest (of which I'm aware) happened this past Sunday at St Aloysius Gonzaga on North Capitol Street.  I am told by an eye-witness that at the 9:30am Mass, that the congregation called out the "Prayers of the Faithful" just before the Offertory.  That's bad enough in and of itself, but when the prayers expressed political and even dissident proclivities (such as ending the "archdiocese's prejudices against gays"), things clearly went over the top.  "Father Glen" said that Mass. 

Then, as the Canon was about to begin, Father "invited" the congregation to join him around the altar.  This is liturgical abuse - pure and simple.  The laity (unless they're designated ministers) do not enter the sanctuary.  The Canon of the Mass is a most solemn occasion, when Christ Himself is called down upon the altar by the priest during the Consecration.  It it not to be treated as a huggy-kissy kumbaya-fest.

This sort of stunt is not new, though.  About 20 years ago, I worked close to St Rose of Lima in Gaithersburg.  I attended their noon Masses during the day when I could.  At that time, they were plagued with some left-wing priests - including the pastor at the time.  The pastor was fond of calling the laity to join him around the altar.  I and another brave soul stayed in our places and (gasp!) kneeled.  Well, one day the pastor just decided he had enough of our lack of compliance with his disobedience.  He took the opportunity - during Mass, just before the Canon - to mock us.  We both stood our ground - by remaining kneeling.  Don't you love it?  Those who pride themselves on not conforming with the Magisterium are the first to have hissy-fits when others don't jump at their strange beck and call.  That's because we were pricking his conscience.

Those of you who are so plagued with these priests and their similarly ditzy-minded fan clubs, be bold and speak out.
