Nathan Phillips, General All-Around Fraud And Rabble Rouser

Nathan Phillips, the activist who accosted Nick Sandmann, is touted as a "native American elder" and a Vietnam Veteran.  Regarding the latter title, Phillips has not acted to dispel that misconception.  Had the press done some research and some basic arithmetic, they would have known it was impossible for Phillips to have served in Vietnam.  Right below this paragraph I will post video that shows copies of his service records; the video makes plain that while Phillips did not claim outright to have fought in Vietnam, he really expended no effort to correct the media's spin.  Indeed he most likely found it quite useful.


Phillips was born February 22, 1954.  In order for him to enlist at the age of 18, he could have done so no later than Feb 22, 1972.  He would have had to undergo basic training, a 13-week process.  After that, he would have gone onto the School of Infantry, another 8 weeks.  We're talking approximately 5 months before he would have been ready to deploy to a combat situation: that is, July-Aug 1972.  At that time, the Marines were being withdrawn from Vietnam; the last troops left Vietnam in March of 1973.  It's inconceivable that he would have gone to Vietnam as the bulk of US troops were leaving.  So much for that schtick!  Boys and girls, can we say "stolen valor"?

Phillips is quite adept at street theater - and video too, for that matter.  Here is an article that details some of his chequered past; be sure to watch that Skrillex video for some insight into his various attitudes. 

Mr. Phillips was a busy little bee that weekend.  After he wreaked havoc at the Lincoln Memorial (a feat that could still have bloody consequences), he attempted to barge into the Mass being held at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception the following Saturday's Mass at 5:15, all the while chanting and drum-banging.  Security guards had to lock the doors to keep the Phillips mob from disrupting Mass.  I pray that neither Wuerl nor Rossi will throw the Shrine guards under the bus for keeping that mob from disrupting Mass, but given the lack of moral conviction and courage of today's prelates, one cannot be too sure.  Will Phillips try to claim that he was surrounded by mean security guards?  I wouldn't put it past him.  But the truth is, he and his cabal are the real terrorists. 

President Trump, to his immense credit, has come to the defense of the Covington students.  Isn't it sad when we start to expect more charity and justice from our secular leaders than from our shepherds?  It sickens me to see that the Diocese of Covington and the Archdiocese of Baltimore saw fit to basically grovel before Phillips.  Foy and Lori played the feckless cowards.  We must hold them accountable.

And Anitfa is none too happy!  When one employs barbarians, one must make sure there is no discord in the ranks lest they do to you what you directed that they do to others!  By the way - The twitter account to which the video was posted is a satire account.  That doesn't indicate whether or not the video account itself is authentic.  Still, it's good for a laugh.

What isn't satire is that Soros funds not only this bunch of neanderthals, but close to two hundred other progressive cabals.  Here's the list.  Please note that the Campaign for Human Development partners with many of these.  Here's a "rule of thumb" that I follow; I donate to nothing that has any affiliation whatsoever with any of these sordid outfits.

TSA Agents Are On The Job!! Yay!!! We're Safe!!!

Whew!!  That was a close call, but TSA agents - alert as always - stopped a nefarious terrorist in St. Louis from boarding a plane with his deadly weapon.  A mug shot of the dastardly fiend is below:

I hope this picture of this terrorist doesn't cause too many nightmares, heart attacks, etc.  Apparently his name is Rooster Monkburn - a sock puppet.  Rooster was allowed on the plane, according to his accomplice, masquerading as his owner.  But only after the deadly weapon hanging from his side was confiscated.  The ever-thoughtful TSA agents were concerned, you see, that it might be confused for a real weapon and might be used in an actual threat.  I cautioned the tender-hearted among you, please don't look at the weapon if it will cause you to faint.  For the rest, here it is!

I wonder what caliber it fires?  But at least it's not quite as big as the pop-tart pistol!  But ladies and gentlemen, we can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the TSA is there to waste our tax dollars as they frisk sock puppets and confiscate toys that aren't much bigger than their thumb-nails.  The feds!  Don'cha just luuuv them????

Perversions Of Social Justice

Keep in mind the Vortex episode from Wed July 6 as I expound upon the following two matters:

1) On the same day, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and the Catholic Relief Services weighed in on the budget situation in Congress.  They are commenting on the Foreign Appropriations Bill for fiscal year 2012.  I'm sure you can guess.  They are warning against budget cuts for various programs for poor people in the world.  While I certainly don't doubt that there is real suffering out there, I do doubt the USCCB's and CRS's grasp of economic realities.  The simple truth is this: we don't have the money.  We are printing funny-money and borrowing to the whazoo, threatening the well-being of our own progeny.  Do the USCCB and CRS care about that?  Such doesn't even make one appearance in their whinings.  What does make its startling appearance in their statements is this claim, and I quote, "poverty and hopelessness can provide a fertile ground for the growth of terrorism."   Now consider the reality of that statement - or lack thereof, I should say.  No one doubts that terrorism requires money, and lots of it.  Why, the terrorists have to be trained, have to be given weapons, perhaps transported to their targets.  That doesn't even touch upon the research, planning, etc that is probably done to plan a strike.  So these indigent people have no money to procure basic necessities for themselves and their families, but they'll have money to go shooting up people, blowing themselves up, etc?  Such are the fuzzy pipe-dreams that pass for thinking inside these "professional catholyc" enclaves such as the USCCB and the CRS.

Mom And Her Two-Year Old

We've all witnessed scenes in a grocery or toy store when a toddler wants some goodie that his/her mother would rather not procure.  Well, the toddler screems, stomps and carries on.  Rather than exert her proper authority over her child, Mom gives in.  You just know how that child will turn out fifteen years from that time.

The trauma in the store is a microcosym of what we see in how the civilized world relates to the Muslim world (yes they are different).  We all heard of the riots and violence (resulting in at least two deaths in Afghanistan) that Muslims instigated - even before any qurans were burnt.  My friend at Les Femmes, in a piece written today, spoke of the wanton murders in which they engage on the slightest pretext of insult.  Last Friday, Michelle Malkin wrote a piece entitled "The Eternal Flame of Muslim Outrage".  Both have described the common Muslim propensity to be perpetually angry and outraged.  They are not at all unlike the hypothetical toddler who engages in infantile temper tantrums.

Unfortunately these overgrown brats have their enablers amongst us - and I mean in the Church!  Two of them have recently been described in this blog: Cardinal McCarrick and the rectors of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento CA.  They are among those who insist on kissing the hands of those who slap us; actually, substitute the word "murder" for "slap" as that is much more accurate.  In so doing, they offer supreme insult to the families of the dead, rubbing salt into their already aching wounds.  They also act to inhibit our defenses of ourselves and our loved ones; whether or not that is their intent is not for me to judge, but only a self-deluded fool will not admit that such is the effect.  They only embolden the thugs to even more draconian acts of terror and destruction.

For further "food for thought", I recommend to your reading "What the Burning Quran Issue Says about Us" and "Burning Qurans and Bibles".  Above all, speak out.  The world desperately needs grown-ups to step up to the plate.  There won't be any such example coming from the Messiah Most Miserable or his Minions Most Slavish.  Nor will such example be emanating from many bishops, it seems.
