16th Century Roots Of The Deep State And Deep Church

In this evening's episode of the Anchor Team, Michael Hichborn traced some roots of the deep state/church as they went all the way back to the Protestant Revolt of the 16th century.  With the heresies of protestantism taking root, the rot of Christian civilization got underway and freemasonry spread and grew in influence.

I am not going to try to rehash the entirety of this program.  Suffice it to say that anyone who calls themselves a faithful Catholic has a duty to inform themselves regarding the forces that impact their church, their countries, the futures of their children and grandchildren.  The hour that will be required to watch this clip will be well worth it.  We talk of praying for the Church and the present woes, as well as that of society in general.  How do we think we can pray effectively and intelligently if we can't be bothered to understand how we got to this sorry position in which we find ourselves?

I will point out one thing.  We know that President Trump is no perfect person.  We saw proof of that when he stated that he wanted to expand the availability of in vitro fertilization, an inherently sinful practice.  However, he has cut off the funding to various arms of the deep state.  Had Kackles won the election, IVF would still be available, and funding to the deep state/church would have been unabated.

The Texas Border Situation And The US Catholic Hierarchy - More Than Meets The Eye

We all know by now that Governor Greg Abbott is taking action, as per his rights and duties as Governor of Texas, to secure the southern border, of which Texas forms a large part.  The Biden administration has been dismantling the wall that President Trump took great strides in building.  Biden et al took great umbrage at Abbott, insisting that federal employees be allowed in Texas to continue the demolition of the wall.  Abbott is refusing, correctly chiding the federal government in its dereliction of its constitutional duty to protect from invasion while citing his own to protect Texans.  So far, 25 governors from other states have stood in solidarity with Texas, issuing statements of their own. 

The Catholic hierarchy, from the pope on down, have been waxing indignant over Abbott's measures.  They snivel on how Jesus and the Holy Family were refugees (they weren't!) in a foreign land, how the razor wires are cruel (only if attempts are made to cross at non-checkpoint locations) etc, etc.  Would that their angst was merely misguided.  Alas, there may be some ulterior motives.  Over the years, various Catholic Charities offices in Texas have been receiving federal grants, to the tune of millions of our tax dollars, to facilitate the "processing" of illegal immigrants.  Now please read the first article in that last anthology of posts.  Read how immigrant children were hurried out of a local Catholic Charities office and stuffed into a luggage compartment of a vehicle.  Only when a reporter blocked the car and called the police did that truth come out.  So now we seem to have prima facie evidence that Catholic Charities, and by extension, the US Catholic hierarchy, are actively involved in child trafficking.

Thanks to Canon 212, I saw today a post from Complicit Clergy, detailing why so many US bishops support Biden and despise Trump.  Oh, by the way, count Francis in with that bunch.  They published financial statements from the USCCB showing the drop in Federal funding while Trump was in office and the dramatic climb once Biden stepped in.  As you examine the various charts, you will notice that many of these Catholic agencies deal with immigration.  We know that among these immigrants are many children with a high percentage of them either alone or accompanied by unrelated adults.  It is reasonable to suspect that many of these children are being trafficked for sale into sexual slavery.

The Catholic hierarchy, as we saw in the April 2021 blog post, is involved in that trafficking.  Are they deriving profit from such trafficking?  Are any of those defenseless children being used by their colleagues who may be sexual perverts?  We have seen too many accounts of perverted clergy raping young children.

As I examine the charts, I do take issue with Trump on one thing.  It would have been far better if he had ceased funding the USCCB and these other left-wing cartels completely, not giving to them so much as one red penny.

Roe V Wade Is Overturned. Let's Keep Moving

Roe v Wade was decided when I was 17 years old.  Frankly, the way things were going, I didn't think I'd live to see this day, but here we are.  The ruling is not only an unambiguous smack-down of Roe but also of Casey v Planned Parenthood, picking apart their constitutional flaws.

By God's grace we have finally cleared a major hurdle, but there are many more to be surmounted.  We give thanks to God while not only maintaining but increasing our stride.  The little pro-abort darlings who chided us for years to "respect the court decisions" announced that tonight they intend to engage in temper tantrums that they call the "summer of rage".  They have already vandalized a number of Catholic churches and pro-life pregnancy centers.  Hmm... I wonder why they only target Catholic churches.  Might it be that they are acknowledging a truth that some of our protestant friends won't?  But I digress.

While I lived to see the day, many of my pro-life colleagues passed on.  I will now give them a shout-out, in no particular order.  To keep this list at a reasonable length, I'll only list those with whom I worked in one degree or another.  Some are nationally-known, but many were local folks.  They are: Nellie Gray, Joe Scheidler, Norma McCorvey, Marilyn Szewczyk, John Marcus, John Jay Daly, Anthony Sheehan, George Offerman, Cookie Harris, Kristin Kazyak, Jim Sharbaugh, Jim Sedlak, Mike Fritz, Bill Ferris, Bill Simpson, Bill Luksic, Dick Retta, Francis Popper, Francois Quinson, Robert Kling.  I'm sure their prayers were joined with ours in overturning that Roe beast and those prayers will continue to be with us.

This is no time for slacking off, for "resting on our laurels", as it were.  We must redouble our prayers and efforts.  We must continue to offer our daily Masses, pray our daily rosaries.  We must continue with our pro-life apostolates and work to elect good pro-life people to public office.

Let me draw special attention to that last sentence.  In 2016, a fair number of misguided and perhaps "mis-motivated" pro-life people thumbed their noses at Donald Trump, claiming that he wasn't pro-life enough for their overly-dainty tastes.  I've chided them quite a bit during that time; see here and here. 

When I wrote those posts six years ago, I didn't know how true those words would ring.  Donald Trump won the White House and kept his promise to appoint judges and justices who would interpret the Constitution as originally written.  Thus, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barrett were appointed Supreme Court justices.  Today's Supreme Court ruling on Dobbs involved several written opinions.  The vote to uphold the Mississippi law was 6-3.  Of those 6, Chief Justice Roberts voted to uphold the Mississippi law, but not to overturn Roe and Casey.  That vote was really 5-4.  Three of the five were the justices that Trump appointed (Alito and Thomas being the other two).  Had the "nevertrumpers" in pro-life circles had their way, this victory for the babies would never have occurred.  Trump is owed much credit for keeping his word.

Frankly, I believe this ruling to have particular spiritual significance.  For nearly 50 years, with the de facto legalization of baby-slaughter, the United States as a nation has incurred the blood-guilt of over 60 million babies murdered since January 1973.  Now that ruling has ended and some purification has begun.  Today both Texas and Missouri have declared their states abortion-free.  Mississippi's law stands.  Other state bans, in limbo till now, can be enforced.  

We have another presidential election in two years.  For now, let us focus on our local elections, especially since the overtuning of Roe puts the fight for the babies back to local governments.

Not-At-All Catholic Reporter And Its Trump-Hating Temper Tantrums

Here's one of their pieces of horse-manure, sniffing that Catholics who supported President Trump need to (wait for it!) "confess our complicit in the failed coup".  They are shamelessly trying to make hay out of the violence that happened inside the Capitol.  It is unknown at this time just who instigated it, and why the Capitol Police actually opened the barriers to those people.  But left-wingers are not keen on letting facts get in the way of their pet presumptions.

They list a few Catholic leaders and alternative media outlets as "having blood on their hands" for daring to suggest the obvious - that the election was stolen not only from Donald Trump, but the millions of people that voted for him in a landslide.  I for one congratulate those organizations and individuals who drew the venom and ire of the Not-At-All Catholic Reporter; coming from them, such vituperation is a badge of honor.  

As an aside, another NCR whine-session took particular umbrage at Father John Zuhlsdorf.  Father has rightly dubbed NCR as "the fishwrap".  The author, Phyllis Zagano pouts because Father has criticized her and other dissidents.  Let us cry her a river.

They do let off with a few gems of pure silliness.  "a pro-life movement unwilling to exclaim 'black lives matter' is not a pro-life movement".  Oh, really?  Does that silly rag exclaim that all lives matter?  How about the black babies murdered via abortion?  How about the victims of black-on-black violence, or are those deaths only tragic if perpetrated by white criminals?

Then they have the audacity to call Joe Biden "a decent man".  Yes Biden - the guy who:

• unabashedly pro-abortion
• supporting the trashing of authentic marriage, to the point of officiating at a gay mockery of marriage
• can't keep his hands off little girls
• is in cahoots with his corrupt son Hunter

That list could be longer, but you get the point.  The NCR talks of the "long, arduous task".  Will Biden even be in office long enough to do anything long-term, or will the Camel take over in a matter of months?

I'll soon be dealing with DC's Catholic Sub-Standard.  I understand that they are belching forth similar noxious gases.

The USCCB And The Great Reset

 The US Catholic bishops, as a whole, never fail - to disappoint, that is.  The USCCB is holding its semi-annual meeting virtually.  We can be grateful that they aren't squandering thousands of Catholic dollars to flit off to swanky hotels, wine and dine to their content, and confab about all their latest progressive schemes.  Well, they are doing the latter virtually.

Earlier this week one of them put out the following tweet regarding this virtual gabfest.  Now what strikes you about this tweet?  One of my facebook friends remarked that the bishops aren't serious men.  I replied that they may not be men, period.  He agreed that I might have a point.  Upon further reflection, I think the cause for this tweet is a bit more ominous.  What they don't take seriously is the Sacrament of Holy Orders, with its attendant gifts and responsibilities to fulfill the charges laid upon them by Christ Himself.  I cannot say they don't take their vocations seriously because there is reason to doubt that many of them had authentic vocations at all.  Recall that Bella Dodd, stated that the Communist party deliberately set out to insinuate unsuitable guys (I won't call them men) into the priesthood and ultimately the episcopate with the stated goal of undermining Holy Mother Church.  No wonder they have no problem uttering such flippant statements.  The tweet has since been taken down after they received much understandable backlash.

A few days prior to that, Archbishop Gomez, president of the USCCB, congratulated Biden on his alleged "win".  Of course he's ignoring the obvious voter fraud and the subsequent legal challenges that Trump and his legal team are filing, acting falsely as though the media has constitutional authority to declare the winner of an election.

The case of Bishop Richard Stika of the Diocese of Knoxville, TN is rather curious.  Earlier, he had been chastising Biden for his support of baby-slaughter.  Now, however, he has changed his tune.  One could believe that a few of his "brother" bishops twisted his arm and told him to get with the program.  Well, he did.  He is calling on President Trump to concede defeat.  He even went so far as to cite the presidential election of 60 years ago, when Nixon conceded to Kennedy although it was clear that someone cheated on Kennedy's behalf and perhaps at Kennedy's request.  Apparently Stika claims that it's "love of country" to allow millions of Trump supporters to be disenfranchised of their right to vote.  The logic he espoused is so convoluted that it's clear that he's trying to justify his own cowardice in the face of those who are either blackmailing or bribing him to change his tone.

So it sure looks like the USCCB is clearly shilling for a Biden victory.  They are clearly on board the progressive global reset train.  I'm going to post below a podcast that Michael Hichborn of Lepanto Institute just did a few hours ago.  Please listen and pass this along.  This whole attempt to steal the election from Donald Trump - and the USCCB is on board with that - is greatly desired by the progressives, both in secular society and in the Vatican in order to move along their one-world-government reset.  Keep on praying your Rosaries.

The Legal Actions Bear Some Fruit

Today it was announced that North Carolina has been declared for Trump.  That is 15 Electoral College votes.  In Michigan, approximately 10,000 mail-in ballots were attributable to dead people, some of them born over 100 years ago.  Project Veritas interviewed the USPS whistleblower in PA who uncovered a ballot backdating scheme; the whistleblower was being intimidated by Federal agents into watering down his story, but held firm.  Meanwhile, Lindsay Graham was made aware of a ballot-harvesting scheme affecting 25,000 residents in PA nursing homes.  If that wasn't enough, Rudy Giuliani has reasons to believe that 900,000 illegal ballots may have been cast in PA.  The corrections of these anomalies would be enough to flip PA to Trump.

We can expect more evidence of wrong-doing to pop out like kudzu.  I'll post as I learn them.  Meanwhile, no matter what, please keep up with the daily Rosaries and encourage your families and friends to do the same.

Election Dirt Being Uncovered, AP And USCCB Try To Help With Obfuscation

 A statement from President Trump today:

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.

“So what is Biden hiding? I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.”

Well, troubles abound in Michigan, one of the states that "mysteriously" switched from Trump to Biden.  First, we have the account of a ballot-count watcher, who witnessed two vehicles pull up and unload approximately 130,000 ballots.  They were all for Biden.  Every one of them was legitimately for Biden, and none for Trump?  No, that is a statistical impossiblility.  Go to that link and watch the video that the ballot-watcher took with her phone.

They also had, uh, "technical difficulties" with their voting machines.  The machines were run with software from Dominion Voting Systems.  It was discovered in Antrim County, and the votes had to be manually re-counted.  Thus, a county called for Biden, after a proper recount, went to Trump.

We can expect to see similar scenarios throughout the country, particularly in swing states.

 And just how, oh how, did Dominion Software come to be such a dominant feature in the tallying of US votes?  Why, from connections in high places, of course - and that includes connections to Nancy Pelosi herself.  But that's just a coincidence, right?  My, such a small world!  By the way - Detroit election officials were caught red-handed blocking the ballot-counting from legal observers; someone is obviously displeased he was caught on camera!

With all this coming to light, the progressives are rushing to declare Biden the victor, so any more irregularities discovered by Trump's team will look like he's tampering with the election (when he's merely exposing Democrat chicanery).  The AP today "called" the election for Biden, as did Fox News.  Many, including some easily duped conservatives, glommed onto these baseless pronouncements as though they were gospel-truth.  News flash!  The media does not have legal authority to make any official declarations regarding an election's outcome!  That should be obvious to someone with a basic knowledge of civics, but perhaps this is why public schools stopped teaching civics several decades ago.

Joining in this effort to do an "end-run" around the exposure of Democratic corruption is none other than the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.  They have imperiously declared that Biden has enough votes and that he is the legitimate president-elect.  Nothing could be further from the truth - well, I take that back.  The USCCB, in that same declaration, claim that Biden is a "practicing Catholic".  Since when is an unabashed cheerleader for baby-slaughter and sexual perversions a "practicing Catholic"?  Is it because that is how many of them "practice Catholicism"?  They posted this pronouncement on their facebook page and received many well-deserved rebukes and denunciations.  Remember that when they try their annual shakedown for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development.

In the meantime, pray your rosaries.  Storm heaven that God have mercy on this country and that the large-scale deceptions be exposed and the real winner soon declared.

Storm Heaven - It Ain't Over Till It's Over

At the time of this writing, the progressives are being quite blatant about their efforts to steal this election from Donald Trump.  While Biden is leading in electoral votes thus far, the basis of his lead is somewhat dubious.   This morning it was reported that Michigan had yet to count 138.000 votes; as they were "counting" it was discovered that every one of them was for Biden.  That is a statistical impossibility.  A Michigan Court of Appeals ruling now blocks a 14-day extension to accept absentee ballots, further lessening the opportunities for Democrat cheating.

Some media outlets were prepared to call Arizona for Biden.  However, a "data error" reveals that only 86% of the ballots, not 98%, were counted.  The missing votes come from Trump-friendly areas.  Enough anomalies were detected in Wisconsin that he's demanding a recount.

It appears that Trump will fight all this progressive cheating tooth and nail - as well he should.  If this were Romney or McCain, they'd be falling all over themselves spouting concession  speeches right and left.  A friend pointed out that one good effect of all this is that the Democrat cheating apparatus might be further exposed as it is challenged and investigated.

Meanwhile, we must storm heaven for God's mercy on us, to allow us more time to help wake our wayward fellow citizens - and Catholics so that they wise up and repent and live like Catholics.  In many ways, we as a nation would deserve the curse of a Biden presidency.  On the other hand, when I go to the traditional Latin Mass at St Alphonsus in Baltimore, with all the young families worshipping Jesus in an actual Catholic Mass, I can hear quite a few babies, cooing and just being themselves.  What did they do to deserve the Democrats and the havoc that they'll wreak on their futures?  Our innocent children deserve better than that.  We cannot leave them that legacy without an all-out effort at prayer and intercession for Trump's reelection.

Catholics For Trump

 Pay close attention #nevertrump people.  The decision not to vote is subject to scrutiny on your Particular Judgments as much as decisions to vote.  The stakes are way too high - the fate of western civilization, and resultant damnation or salvation of souls, is at stake.

A Little Saturday Night Humor - Dems Apoplectic Over Mueller Report

This might well depict reactions to the Mueller report from the Dems' since their attempt to frame Trump for Russian collusion has fizzled.  I imagine now that something similar is happening in Cardinal Maradiaga's offices now that Trump has ceased aid to El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatamala.

Who's Not Speaking For Baby #CharlieGard ?

Earlier today we heard that a Vatican-owned hospital (Bambino Gesu) offered to care for Baby Charlie Gard and that President Trump also offered assistance to him.  We pray that the hard hearts in England's National Health Service will turn from their murderous intents and at least let this baby go from their clutches.

From whom have we not heard yet?  Quite a few.

• This so-called "Convocation of Catholic Leaders" in Orlando has not uttered one peep although they are ostensibly interested in the "challenges" facing the Church today.  If a hardened murderer was soon to be executed, you could bet your bottom dollar that the wailing and gnashing of teeth from that hotel could be heard the world over.  But when an innocent infant is being murdered by socialized medicine (one of their darling causes), they utter not one peep.
• Speaking of "executions", death-penalty opponent Sr. Helen Prejean is another progressive who has been abysmally silent regarding a truly unjust execution.  I've searched both her Facebook and Twitter pages and cannot find not even the mention of #CharlieGard 's name.
• Similarly the "Catholic Mobilizing Network To End the Use of the Death Penalty" (isn't that a mouthful?) also has nothing to say about this tiny, innocent victim of execution imposed by socialists.

We will continue to pray that #CharlieGard 's life will be spared.  In the meantime, the entities listed in the bulleted points have forfeited all moral credibility.  Truth be told, they accomplished that quite some time ago, but now such lack of credibility is one again made manifest.

CCHD = Cash for Chaos, Hatred and Disorder

We are all aware of the violence that has erupted in the wake of Trump's election as President of the United States.  One thing this illustrates is the results of poor education that has been allowed to go on for these past few decades.  It is poor by design.  John Dewey has rightfully been called the Father of Modern Education.  How many are aware that Dewey was a signer of the original Humanist Manefesto?

However, the violence in many cities (all of the cities being in states that Hillar carried, oddly enough) isn't just the work of spoiled little snowflakes pitching temper tantrums.  There is organization behind it as LifeSiteNews points out.

One of the organizations behind the mayhem is MoveOn.org, controlled by George Soros.  Soros' infiltration of progressive Catholic circles has been documented.  His organization, Faith in Public Life, several years ago attempted to refute an exposition of the CCHD done by Michael Hichborn.  Much has been written on this blog and others regarding the fact that monies collected by the CCHD were diverted to "community organizing" outfits that are anti-life, anti-God; many of these have been known to foment the kind of violence that has swept up the disgruntled Clinton supporters.

If you haven't done so yet, please watch the video "A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing".  It's long, but well worth the investment of time.  It tells the history of the invasion of progressives in the life of the Catholic Church in the US, focusing on the role of Saul Alinsky.  Furthermore, it details how Alinsky and his cronies in the Church created the Campaign for Human Development for the purpose of diverting Catholic donatons to progressive causes.  Later the word "Catholic" was put in front of the rest of the name.  That is to say that the entire purpose of CCHD was evil from its inception, as opposed to being once noble but only recently corrupted.

During the weekend of November 19-20, most dioeses in the United States will be devoting the second collections to the CCHD.  We must boycott this collection as we've done in previous years.  Many of us are tired from the election, but we must resist the temptation to "tune out and take a break".   The CCHD is a factor in the rot inside both the Church and the United States.  We must starve this beast known as CCHD.  With Trump's election, we've been given a reprieve by God, some more time to pray and work to establish the Culture of Life.  Let's not lose momentum but press ahead, starting by saying #no2cchd.

Father Imbarrato On The Necessity Of Voting For Trump

Below I'm posting a recent homily given by Father Imbarrato of Priests for Life.  He is indeed a "protest priest" spending many hours outside the new Two Rivers Planned Parenthood abortion mill in NE Washington.  Please listen closely to this homily.  Thanks to the Johnson Amendment (the amendment that he praises Trump for promising to eliminate), he cannot name Trump nor Clinton explicitly, but one would have to be incredibly dense not to understand his meanings.

Some might think he's addressing those Catholics who would be so stupid and callous as to vote for Hillary, but I think his words could just as well apply to the #nevertrump crowd: those who plan to vote "third party" or not vote at all.

A few days ago one of my facebook friends stated his opinion that his conscience was bothered by Trump and he was considering voting for Johnson (libertarian) although the latter is pro-abortion.  I objected, of course.  In the interest of not repeating myself, I posted links to several of the blog posts that I've written in recent weeks regaarding this particular election.  For my trouble, one of my friend's other friends engaged in ad hominems, calling me a "nutcase".  My friend rebuked him and some time later the attacks disappeared from his page.

I mention this because I suspect at the heart of the #nevertrump movement, emotion reigns at the expense of logic and reason.  When I broach principles of Catholic moral theology to these people, I'm largely ignored, signifying to me that #nevertrumpers are threatened when asked to see if their stances actually square with Church teaching.  Others simply carry on as that man cited in the preceding paragraph albeit not nearly so rudely.

As I mentioned previously, a couple of mental anomalies in the #nevertrump mindset are really quite bizarre:

• Acknowledging the fact that Hillary will win should they get their way, and welcoming that outcome, opining that "our nation needs to be punished".  I suppose they haven't a care about the babies who will be murdered should she attain the White House.
• Somehow dreaming that Trump and Clinton are morally equivalent.  Leaving aside the obvious differences of policy statements that they've both made, let's look at Hillary's track history.  She allowed the four men to die at Benghazi.  She probably caused many more deaths with her sloppy handling of classified emails.  There have been a number of former associates and others connected with her that have "mysteriously" died over the past several months.  Can anything remotely similar be uttered about Trump?
• Many of these #nevertrumpers are quite blithe in assuming that our country would survive four years under Hillary, not considering that during these past eight years the fabric of our republic has been weakened and mutated almost beyond recognition.  While I might hope they'd be correct I'm not making that brash assumption.  They fail to consider that they are gambling with their children's futures.
