When I first saw the picture to the right of the pope's odd-looking chasuble, I was dreading the real possibility of it being a picture of some pagan idol. It wouldn't be the first time he's pulled such a stunt.
Anyway, here's what that thing really is. That article speculates that this object (and others) were constructed for pragmatic use as opposed to idolatrous ones. Still, they date back several hundred years before Our Lord was born. It has absolutely nothing to do with Christianity. It's worth noting that this object was found in the Peru/Chile area of South American.
Hmm... What else was found in that area of the world? Oh, yes! The pachamama idol! Now that demonic object most certainly is a construct of pagan idolatry! See here. Don't forget that the pope went so far as to have a pachamama plant placed on the altar of St. Peter's Basilica.
This is by no means the first time that he used paganized caricatures of vestments of his office. Recall that in 2014 he carried a crosier that was modeled on a wiccan "magic wand".
So now I pose this question: was that pagan picture on the pope's chasuble a sly salute to the pachamama idol?

When I first heard of the series called "The Chosen" and saw some trailers, some red flags flew. The character of "Jesus" seemed to be a bit too familiar with the other characters, so I never troubled myself to watch it. After reviewed the video below, I am grateful to God for sparing me that.
Now I know that there are those who say that the series can't be judged on those few questionable clips. However, does anyone gainsay the points made in the video below about the problems with "The Chosen"?
Let me illustrate it with an example that I used before. Say that someone sets before you a tasty, healthy, meal. That meal has just one little problem. A malefactor put into it a few drops of cyanide. However, the rest of the meal is very beneficial and healthy in and of itself. Would you take one bite of it? Neither would I.
Satan is sly when he wants to introduce error. He doesn't present it to us in a garish, ugly manner. He allows it to come to us along with trappings that may well be holy in and of themselves. But it's only that one or two drops of poison that render the whole package deadly.
One of the last areas in which the progressives had a stranglehold on the country in relation to the dehumanizing masks has been public transportation - airlines, buses, trains, etc. A few days ago, a federal judge in Florida named Kathryn Mizelle ruled that the CDC had overstepped its bounds and had not followed proper procedures in imposing mask mandates. In a word, they have been struck down.
Read a brief biographical sketch of her here. Please note that she is one of many judges appointed by President Trump. Yes, elections have consequences. We as Christians are duty-bound to participate in these elections, even if neither candidate is squeaky-clean. That latter scenario often happens simply because the candidates are drawn from that pool known as human beings; none save Our Lady has been free of sin.
For some, the announcement of the strike-down of the mask mandate came while they were in flight. Celebrations happened immediately, as you see below.

Seven years ago, Pope Francis said that "the Way of the Cross is the story of God's failure". I'm not sure what point he was trying to make and it really doesn't matter. One doesn't communicate anything worthwhile by blaspheming God. I believe that on September 14th we celebrate the Triumph of the Cross, not the failure of the Cross.
But if he is still searching for a way to caricaturize Good Friday as some sort of colossal debacle, someone should remind him that it's already done, and that he led it. Here is that "way of the Cross", on the Vatican's website, that is a pathetic parody of Christ's salvific act.
Word counts tell a lot about the thinking (or lack thereof) of the author of the piece. The word "sin" appears once. "Repent" and "salvation" aren't found once. The word "cross" is found in the title, but that's all. This whole thing is nothing but "social justice warrior" pig-slop.
He also announced that he will attend an "interfaith meeting" in Kazakhstan this coming September. It's called the 7th World Religions Conference. No, Pope Francis, the Roman Catholic Faith is not just one of many. It is the one handed down by Christ Himself through the One True Church. Taylor Marshall has some analysis in the video below.
Most know of the pope's penchant for quashing orders dedicated to the Traditional Catholic Faith. A house of Discalced Carmelite nuns in Fairfield, PA saw their chaplains ordered to cease ministering to them. Essentially, that means they are deprived of the Sacraments. Moreover, they must conform to Cor Orans that will only serve to dilute, if not destroy, their charism.
Something is rotten at the Vatican. It must be the rotten eggs smelling of sulfur. The denizens of the Vatican had best be careful, lest they smell sulfur for eternity.

But that doesn't mean those ubiquitous little cardboard things have to go to waste! The Lepanto Institute, a leader in telling the truth about Catholic Relief Services, has a selection of flyers to hand out. One of these could be folded up and put into that box. Let the parish staff get an education when they open yours. Alternatively, you can consider putting into that box "McCarrick Money", courtesy of Complicit Clergy.
Of course you can write your own note and place that in the box. In any event, let them know why you won't give them one red cent. #sayno2crs

When Terissa Bukovinac and Lauren Handy were given the 115 babies who were murdered by Cesare Santangelo, they gave the earlier-term babies to a priest for a proper burial. There were 110 of them. The other 5, all later term and very likely victims of infanticide, still languish in the custody of the DC government that seems intent on callously denying them dignity and justice.
Father William Kuchinsky, the priest who gave these children a proper burial with prayers for their eternal repose, granted to LifeSiteNews an interview, that I post below.

On April 5, the Pillar interviewed Lauren Handy, basically getting a brief biographical sketch of Lauren, how she came to be an activist, and more details relating to last week's events. At first glance it seems to be a fair presentation, but if others beg to differ, please do so in the comment box and cite your reasons. You'll notice when you scroll down that the Cooley letter shows; this time it's the bottom portion, showing closing and signature. My first picture had the top part showing date. The two pictures together show the entire letter.
On Tuesday, I posted a clip of the press conference put on by six pro-life activists. It is a Facebook live stream and quite frankly, I have always found their audio to be lacking in volume. This clip that Randally Terry posted, originated from EWTN, can actually be heard. Here it is, and I'll have more to say below that.
Here Father David Nix, who blogs by the name Padre Peragrino, offers his perspective.
On Monday I opined that this obvious collusion between the DC police and FBI would prove to make plain their idiocy as opposed to actually concealing their misdeeds. That seems to be the case. In addition to the lawmakers who signed the demand letter to Mayor Bowser and the Department of Justice, Marjorie Taylor-Greene echoed those demands in her own tweet.
What is our role (and yes, we do have a role)? We cannot be silent. I realize this is short notice for the DC-area residents, but there will be a rally downtown at the offices of the DC Medical Examiner at 401 E Street, SW in Washington DC. It will start at noon and last approximately 1.5 hours.
If you cannot make that, please call Mayor Bowser's office and demand a proper examination of the babies, as they would do for any other murder victim. Her office number is (202) 727-2643. Demand a proper investigation. #JusticeForTheFive

There is more information regarding the witch-hunt against Lauren Handy and the others. I will take a moment, though, to share what can be called a diagram of the Sacrifice of the Holy Mass. It is of the Traditional Latin Mass. It's quite helpful as a visualization of the Mass and its purposes and aspect.

Press Conference Regarding The Pro-lifers Who Kept The Murdered Babies From Being Incinerated - GOP Lawmakers Call DC Mayor On The Carpet
Yesterday I stated that those involved in the retrieval of the babies murdered by Santangelo would hold a press conference. They have done so, and here it is.
After that, nothing said was that much of a surprise. The facts made quite obvious that the DC police and Department of Justice were colluding to prevent any examination of the 3rd-trimester babies who seemed to have been murdered by means forbidden by Federal law.
That collusion has by no means escaped the notice of several GOP lawmakers. Led by James Lankford and Jim Jordon, the lawmakers are demanding that Mayor Bowser and the Department of Justice do their duties. It's a pity that no Democrat lawmakers signed onto this letter, but they are only abiding by the pro-abortion plank of their party of death and mayhem.
John-Henry Weston of LifeSiteNews engaged in an interview with Lauren Handy regarding these recent events. Read and listen https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/exclusive-pro-life-hero-raided-by-fbi-speaks-about-the-aborted-babies-she-was-trying-to-honor

In researching this matter, I was reminded that Santangelo was visited by pro-life activists in 2013, unbeknownst to him at the time. Lila Rose and her Live Action group have long been known for undercover stings of abortuaries, catching them flouting the law. A pregnant associate of Live Action conducted an interview with Santangelo and asked him what he would do if a baby he aborted survived the procedure. Santangelo said that he would not help such a child, admitting that he would violate the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act. ABC published a report here.
In light of Live Action’s
efforts, Handy had reason to suspect that these babies were murdered via abortion
procedures that violated the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban and the Born-Alive
Infants Protection Act. She probably also hoped to give them a decent funeral, as opposed to letting them be incinerated by
Curtis Bay like so much garbage. After
prayer and consultation with other activists, she decided, through a lawyer, to
contact DC authorities to have them examine the babies’ bodies for violations
of the afore-mentioned federal laws.
notice that this letter was both emailed and mailed on March 29, 2022.

This was the same abortuary where Handy, along with eight other pro-life activists, conducted a rescue on October 22, 2020. The other eight are: Jonathan Darnel, 40, of Arlington, Virginia, Jay Smith, 32, of Freeport, New York; Paulette Harlow, 73, of Kingston, Massachusetts; Jean Marshall, 72, of Kingston, Massachusetts; John Hinshaw, 67, of Levittown, New York; Heather Idoni, 61, of Linden, Michigan; William Goodman, 52, of the Bronx, New York; and Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, New Jersey.
Last February, the Department of Justice convened a grand jury to review the “charges”, having sworn in the jury on February 15. The nine defendants received no notice of these proceedings. The DOJ filed the indictments on March 24 and only unsealed them on March 30, the date of the arrests. It is also the day after the DC authorities received Mr. Cooley’s email that detailed Handy's wish to hand over the babies for official examination. Isn’t that just the most convenient of coincidences?
At the time of their arrests, they were at their respective homes. The arrests took place between 5am and 8am. In other words, some of them were awakened to cops banging on their doors for a non-violent life-saving action of over a year ago. Father David Nix has video of one of the arrests: at gun-point, forcing some pro-lifers to their knees, etc. The Department of Justice statement can be viewed here.
The activists were released later in the day. As Handy returned to her DC home, she found that it was being raided by DC police. Mainstream media waxed predictably horrified over the bodies in Handy’s home, stating that the police were acting on an “anonymous tip”. Cooley’s letter, initiated by Handy herself, was that “anonymous tip”.
DC Police Executive Assist. Chief of Police Ashan M. Benedict told reporters Thursday "the fetuses appeared to have been aborted in accordance with D.C. law. There doesn't appear to be anything criminal about that — except for how they got into that house," Benedict said. My! Wasn’t that a lickety-split examination? In other words, “nothing to see here, folks! Move along.” Acting surprised regarding the babies at Handy’s home, Benedict’s nose appears to have grown an inch or two.
Handy and others did videos of the children before they were confiscated by the DC police. Live Action was given the videos, and affiliated physicians (including a former abortionist) examined them. They opine that illegal abortions may have been perpetrated on the children. More details are found at this site. Be warned, this site shows the violated bodies of these poor babies in detail.
Let’s cut to the chase and sum this up. The DC government, having received the email from Cooley, knew that they would be obliged to examine the bodies in accordance with Handy’s request. Being in the back pockets of the abortion industry in DC, they connived to discredit Handy. Knowing that Handy and others conducted a rescue at Santangelo’s one and a half years ago, and that the Department of Justice was sitting on an indictment of which the defendants were unaware, they worked with the DOJ and the FBI to act on that indictment to arrest Handy and the others. That served the purpose of getting Handy out of her home so that the DC police could conduct their raid. It gave credence to their narrative that Handy was surreptitiously keeping the babies in her home to paint her as an imbalanced “anti-choice extremist”, knowing full well that she intended to have the babies examined through legal channels. They wanted to give cover to Santangelo and to the abortion industry in general.
As for those poor babies, I suspect they will never receive a dignified funeral. Most likely they will wind up in some incinerator. By the way, Curtis Bay has drawn the ire of neighboring Dundalk residents for the putrid stenches that they put forth. Now Dundalk knows that they have been inhaling, among other things, the remains of murdered babies.
Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), an organization with which Lauren Handy is affiliated, will hold a press conference on Tuesday, April 5, at 11am at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. In that conference they will answer some questions:
· Where did the aborted babies come from?
· Did the Metropolitan Police Department test for oxygen in the lungs of these babies?
· Why did those arrested by the FBI choose Washington Surgi-Clinic for their protest?
· How were the fetal remains acquired?
· Who obtained the fetal remains?
· How many aborted fetuses were acquired in total, besides the five in police custody?
· What will happen to the remaining aborted fetuses (that have not been turned over to police)?
· Where are the fetuses now?
· What would have happened to these fetal remains had they not been recovered?
· What demands are the defendants, and those who obtained the aborted babies making of the Department of Justice?
· Who is Dr. Cesare Santangelo, and what is his role in the deaths of these children?
As soon as I am able to do so, I will post video of that press conference.

To Demonstrate Collegiality A La Pope Francis, Progressive Prelates Hold Hush-Hush Meeting To Complain About Traditional Faithful Catholics
Much of the internet is ablaze with discussions about some local activists who came across bodies of children murdered by abortion and their subsequent arrests. I will have much to say about this very soon, but first I am in the process of verifying some facts.
Meanwhile, much mischief is afoot in progressive circles of the Catholic Church. Last week the pope engaged in what some hope is a consecration of Russia to Mary's Immaculate Heart. The question is whether or not the consecration happened in accord with the stipulations set forth by Our Lady of Fatima. I'm no theologian, but it appears to me that at least Pope Francis' prayer came a lot closer to those specifications than did those of his predecessors. Now did the bishops of the world join him? That is questionable.
One bunch of prelates who most likely did not join him was a gaggle of progressive bishops who met in Chicago during the time of the consecration. The meeting itself was rather secretive and people came only by invitation. The organizers admitted the existence of this gathering only because some media got wind of it. One Mad Mom has a write-up on it as does Complicit Clergy.
One prelate who was in attendance was Cardinal Maradiaga, who has the pope's ears on many matters. Since this gabfest happened in Chicago, we can be certain that Cardinal Cupich at least gave his blessing for it and most likely participated.
They attempted to put forth the image of Francis' papacy as carrying on the work of Vatican II - as if that's a good thing. They are concerned - very concerned, I tell you - about "opposition to the pope", people "looking to the old liturgy", "the impact of moneyed conservative influence in Catholic social movements" and "reluctance of some U.S. dioceses to implement the grassroots consultation process". They also blathered about "collegiality". Yes, nothing exudes "collegiality" like having secretive meetings by select invitation only. Keep it us guys, and keep demonstrating why you all don't deserve one dime of our contribution dollars.
