Pope Bestows Pontifical Honor On Abortion Facilitator

(HT - Lepanto Institute)

When President Trump reinstated the Mexico City Policy, Lilianne Ploumen, a former official in the government of Netherlands, established an NGO called "She Decides" to raise money to replace the funds that Trump denied to abortionists.  The Lepanto link details more actions she has taken to promote baby-slaughter, sodomy and other manners of gross immorality.

So does Pope Francis call her to repentance?  No!  He bestowed upon her the title of Commander in the Pontifical Equestrian Order of St. George.  Ladies and gentlemen, inasmuch as this woman's activities assisted - if not caused - the murders of countless babies, what the pope did in bestowing this honor on her is to spit on the memories of all those tiny children and those yet to be killed because of this woman.

Every time I think it cannot get much worse with this pontificate - it does!

  1. This guy is blatantly spitting in the face of all faithful Catholics that are fighting for life, not to speak of spitting in the face of Our Lord God. He is giving the middle finger to the entire cause of life.....to all the babies that have been ripped apart, to all the mothers that have lamented over their decision to abort their child, to all the faithful who fight for life, and most wretchedly to Christ Himself. There is NO WAY that he doesn't KNOW exactly what this woman is all about.

    1. I agree, but what actions are "faithful Catholics" going to take against their Pope? Will faithful priests and bishops go on strike and refuse to work for him? Are lay people to hold protest demonstrations and sit-ins in the Vatican and obstruct the evil Papal machinery? Are they planning to shame Francis publicly? No, they are not going to do anything against the Pope at all, except praying for him at Mass. I would say that they deserve the Pope they got and have nothing to complain about as long as they don't take action. Even the highest prelates, the "Dubia Cardinals", won't do anything.

    2. Then the question comes down to "what are WE going to do?". As the saying goes, "think globally and act locally". Examples: We've picketed events at which bishops honored pro-aborts. Check out the report on this blog where we did precisely that in June 2010. There's video of that. When Obama gave the convocation at Notre Dame in 2009, hundreds of faithful Catholics protested that. I'd suggest you look out for any such events in your area, gather a group of like-minded Catholics and protest with pickets, etc. Reform starts with each of us both praying and acting.

    3. Really hard part is finding other faithful Catholics. Majority still hanging around for social justice, activities or something don’t or don’t want to know the terrible truth of errant leadership & liturgies. Good way to estimate number of mindless sheep in a Parish is to listen to majority blindly respond to liberal & heretical prayers of faithful. From praying for illegal border hopping to “giving up our freedom and liberty for the good of all!” To praying that we stop our thoughts & actions to use them for political advantage!- they respond- Let us pray! My wife & I remain silent & dumbfounded when attending such social justice communist party “meetings”.

  6. Catholic Mission......by George, I think you're on to something there!! Actually Archbishop Gadecki hinted at this during the 'Sinod' on the Family in '15. He said something to the effect of 'this is the M.O. of the Freemasons'. Think he may have been trying to tell us something??
