In this Vortex, Michael Voris rightly excoriates Cardinals Cupich, O'Malley, Wuerl, J Tobin, Bishop Bootkoski for their parts in "running interference" for their champion pervert, McCarrick. The one thing I'll add at this time is more information on these prelates who disgrace their miters.
Cardinal Dolan is Archbishop of New York. I've written tons on him; you might recall that he marched at the head of the St Patrick's Day Parade after it admitted gays to profane the name of St. Patrick. Jay Malsky is a flaming gay and in charge of the "gay straight katholyc alliance" at St. Francis de Sales Church in New York City. He performs in drag and actually put on his wig in front of the Tabernacle, thus committing sacrilege. Will he be thrown out? Don't hold your breath. But Father Justin Wylie was when he dared to petition for priests to offer the Traditional Latin Mass.
New York is not the only diocese to have a pervert at the helm of one of its "gay ministries". Chicago, under Cardinal Cupich, has one too. He is at St. Patrick's Church. Within the next two months, he and his accomplice in sodomy will mock and profane the Sacrament of Matrimony. At least the debacle is not happening in a Catholic church, nor is the reception. Again, how long will he be allowed to use the Church to justify his mortal sin?
If Cupich hasn't been faced with sacrilege against matrimony yet, Cardinal Tobin did when he was archbishop of Madison, Indiana. A Knight of Columbus council rented its hall to two lesbians for their so-called "wedding reception". We petitioned Tobin to no avail. At first I thought he merely caved to the lesbians. Now I wonder if the Council caved to the lesbians under the orders of Tobin.
And then there's my home diocese of Washington. The maltreatment of Father Marcel Guarnizo, during Lent of 2012, happened in my home parish. That happened with full knowledge, if not initiative, of Cardinal Wuerl. Bishop Knestout behaved as the good little hatchet man, and was eventually rewarded by being appointed Bishop of Richmond.
Bishop Bootkoski is another who tossed a faithful Catholic under the bus. Three years ago, a Catholic high school teacher posted a tweet in support of the Church's marriage teachings. For her fidelity she was fired. Fortunately, we caused enough uproar to bring about her reinstatement but she should never have been put through that angst in the first place.
I'm sure you see the common theme. In each case, the prelate in question was doing the bidding of the gay cartel. They even stabbed faithful Catholics in the back for so doing. Enough is enough. Bishop McCarrick has turned in his red hat. Many more red and purple hats (and maybe a white one) likewise need to be surrendered. The prelates discussed at the top should lead that foray.

Miami Archbishop Wenski Attempts To Bully Concerned Parishioners Into Silence
Two years ago Cardinal Dolan expelled Father Justin Wylie from the Archdiocese of New York when the latter was on the verge of exposing corruption on the part of Msgr Chullikatt at the Holy See's Permanent Observer Mission. You'll see in that same link how Dolan had Michael Voris physically ejected from the press box at the St Patrick's Day parade when the latter questioned him about his support for the presence of gays in the parade.
Now it has come to light that Archbishop Wenski of the Archdiocese of Miami is retaliating against a group of lay Catholics for exposing the filth being perpetrated by their pastor, Father Pedro Corces at St. Rose of Lima parish in Miami Shores. With the aid of a private investigator, the parishioners, organized under the name "Christifideles" caught Corces spending nights at the apartment of his gay boyfriend and the two eating at rather lavish restaurants. To add insult to injury, the boyfriend is a maintenance worker at the parish. This man has a police record involving prostitution yet he has regular access to children at the parish school.
Speaking of the parish school, it has also come to light that the order of sisters that has taught at the school for 35 years is suddenly being expelled. It seems that Corces wants a lay principal. He alleges that this is being done for financial reasons. Really? Religious sisters generally take vows of poverty; all the parish would be doing is providing room and board for them. So now they want to pay the more expensive salaries of lay teachers? That's more of a cash drain. Parents are up in arms, angry that they were not consulted on the matter. A group of them held protests, urging cessation of donations. I say "good for them". Perhaps Corces, if he's really the least bit concerned for finances, can quit taking his boyfriend to ritzy restaurants.
Archbishop Wenski has now sunk to a new low. Instead of taking seriously the concerns of parents and other parishioners, has emailed parishioners a letter accusing them of "detraction and calumny". Well, no, Your Excellency. If anything, the two sins of which you accuse them entail the spreading of falsehoods. With hard evidence collected to corroborate their complaints, the truth of their complaints cannot be denied. My colleague Susan Matthiesen, who now writes for Les Femmes, reports that when she penned Orlando Truth, that Wenski told her she was on the verge of excommunication. That shows us all the lengths to which Wenski is prepared to go, even to the point of abusing his stature. Most people understand that excommunication cannot be done willy-nilly; there must be substantiated cause. He had none but was willing to employ that threat against my colleague.
At first glance, the situations regarding the expulsion of the sisters and Corces' sodomy may appear to be unrelated. Maybe, and maybe not. Recall that Corces' accomplice in sodomy has regular access to the school children. Is it at all possible that the good sisters caught him behaving inappropriately with the children and had the temerity to voice their own concerns? If Wenski can lash out against parents for raising their voices, it would be even easier for him to retaliate against the sisters, who most likely have been ordered to silence under their vows of obedience. I think that to be a plausible hypothesis: more so than this crock about "finances".
Father Corces and Archbishop Wenski cannot be allowed to get away with it. Let's join our fellow faithful Catholics of Christifideles and raise our protest to the Archdiocesan offices.

A Tale Of Two Dolans
This past Wednesday Cardinal Dolan opened his mouth and inserted both feet via a hit piece that he penned in the New York Daily News that targeted Donald Trump. Trump made it clear that he doesn't favor the de facto "open borders" policy of the Obama cartel (you know, Dolan's accomplice in guffaws at the Al Smith Dinner just before the election). By the way - as you read the piece please also read the comments; most of the commenters see through Dolan's chicanery.
Like most progressives, Dolan conveniently obscures the fact that most common-sense people simply oppose the influx of ILLEGAL immigrants (notice the emphasis?), not all immigration. He then calls Trump a "nativist" and invokes the specters of the Know-Nothings and the Ku Klux Klan. For now, we won't discuss the roots that these two entities have in the Democratic party.
This is not the first time that Dolan has shed his overly-jolly image. He can be quite vicious when he believes it will suit his progressive proclivities. Lest anyone forget how he threw Father Justin Wylie under the bus, please refresh your memories here. Let us also recall how Cardinal Dolan had Michael Voris ejected from his presence at the same parade where he marched with gays in New York. Cardinal Cheeshead can play the cut-throat well.
But sometimes the "cheesehead" persona will get the job done, it seems Dolan would think. In addition to the Al Smith Dinner, there is the "Meet The Press" interview that he did in March 2014 when Michael Sam came out as gay. What did a Prince of the Church have to say about the celebration of mortal sin, the kind that can damn a soul to hell? "Good for him. I would have no sense of judgment on him. God bless ya. I don’t think, look, the same Bible that tells us, that teaches us, well about the virtues of chastity and the virtue of fidelity and marriage also tells us not to judge people. So I would say, ‘Bravo.’"
So he has no "sense of judgment" regarding someone wallowing in intrinsic moral depravity and endangering his immortal soul. However, when someone voices an opinion that differs from him regarding some pet progressive cause - about which good people can disagree - well, he breaks out the long knives with all alacrity, decisiveness and I daresay vindictiveness. In a Mic'd Up last year, both Michael Voris and Judie Brown took the cardinal to task for this very two-faced defense of warped priorities on his part.
I called this post "tale of two Dolans". In reality, they are the same; only the facade changes to further the progressive agenda.

Cardinal Dolan, Heavy-Handed Progressive
Ladies and gentlemen, despite his "jolly cheesehead" image, Dolan has shown that he has quite another side. Remember the flap about Father Justin Wylie at Holy Innocents Parish in New York City? He was thrown under the bus alright - but not solely for his care for the Traditional Latin Mass.
I'm posting a "Mic'd Up" below, dealing with all the slop that is coming from New York vis-a-vis Cardinal Dolan. Listen closely between the 28:00 and 37:05 marks. It seems that Father Wylie and a colleague discovered corruption at the Holy See's Permanent Observer Mission and Path To Peace Foundation being carried out by Msgr Chullikatt. They were preparing to blow the whistle on that when Cardinal Dolan brought the hammer down on Father Wylie, having him shipped back to Johannesburg and subsequently assigned to a very dangerous area there. Of course that's just a coincidence - right?

Cardinal Dolan's Jolly Demeanor - Thin Veneer For Thuggish Behavior
Below is a video depicting how Michael Voris and his cameraman were manhandled by thugs whom we can only presume to be on the payroll of the Archdiocese of New York. Surprised? Don't be! Last June I posted of his swift and draconian treatment of Father Justin Wylie who was offering Mass in the Extraordinary Form at Church of the Holy Innocents. He publicly called upon Cardinal Dolan to send priests to offer Mass in the Extraordinary Form. That was enough for Dolan to have Father Wylie whisked away to South Africa while he lodged complaints to the Holy See and the Archdiocese of Johannesburg.
So Cardinal Dolan pranced with gays while the latter were celebrating their mortal sins in a parade ostensibly to honor a Catholic saint. This was not the only dismal "first" for this parade. Another "first" involved the exclusion of a pro-life group. LifeNews informs us that the Children First Foundation had their parade application rejected. LifeSiteNews adds the detail that the parade organizers rejected the pro-life group so as not to take attention away from the gays! So there was a gay groups with its banners, but not one pro-life group! Who are the sugar-daddies that are pulling Dolan's puppet strings?
The Children First Foundation wasn't completely silenced. One Catholic Church, near the parade route (if not on it), allowed them to fly their banner in front of their historic church. What was the name of that church? Hint - look at the first paragraph! Yes - Holy Innocents! Here's praying that they don't suffer repercussions from the local chancery!
I now post the video. In it Voris states there will be ones to follow. I'll post as they become available.

Vortex Expose On St. Francis Of Assisi In NYC - What Will Cardinal Dolan Do???
I believe we already know the answer to the above question. Regular readers of this blog will recognize this sodomite enclave as I have mentioned it in writing about Holy Innocents Parish and Father Wylie.
Cardinal Dolan will look the other way and let the gay-enablers at St Francis do as they please. He either doesn't care or finds himself in sympathy with the sin of sodomy. Otherwise, he'd act. Whatever else we can say of his abysmal treatment of Father Wylie, Dolan acted with resolve and alacrity; he can move when he wants to! He doesn't care to do so here. Just think - Dolan was a past president of the USCCB.

More On Holy Innocents Situation From Forward Boldly
Father Justin Wylie |
After the interview, Christine read the text of Father Wylie's homily - the homily that caused Cardinal Dolan to see red and to draw his long knives out against that priest.

Church Leaders And Their Malevolence Towards Church Tradition
Today's Vortex says what is all too obvious. Our Church and her traditions are withering precisely because of the malevolence borne to her by her very own leaders - particularly bishops. In times past, some thought that the bishops did not take strong measures against heretics and perverts in the ranks because they were weak, inept or simply not so bright. No more. There's too much of a pattern here.
Let's take a look at Cardinal Dolan, for example. How many of us groaned when he yokked it up with Obama during that Al Smith dinner, just before his election? There are some who thought that he was merely acting in a naive manner. Some blamed cowardice for his refusal to excommunicate dissident Catholics such as Andrew Cuomo.
Now examine his treatment of Father Wylie last week. The instant Father asked that the Traditional Mass be supported more by the Archdiocese of New York, Cardinal Dolan had him packing and did all he could to besmirch Father Wylie. Cardinal Dolan did not play the bumbling fool there; he knew what he wanted to do and he acted with all alacrity, deliberation and ruthlessness.
Two Lents ago, in my own parish, I saw this played out in the case of Father Guarnizo. Within a week of Father's denial of Holy Communion to two flamboyant lesbians, he too was given his heave-ho out of the Archdiocese of Washington. The progressive prelates are all too focused when it comes to eradicating priests who stand up for the Church and her traditions and teachings. Those who still wear rose-colored glasses in regards to our prelates would do well to remove them. We cannot pray properly for them if we don't see the problems as they exist.

By His Draconian Treatment Of Father Justin Wylie, Has Cardinal Dolan Shown His True Colors?
The question is rhetorical because the answer is obvious. Other sites and blogs have been abuzz about this matter. Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, is preparing yet another bloodbath of parish closures in the near future. Among them is Holy Innocents Church that is a fairly vibrant parish - certainly so in comparison with other NYC parishes. It also features Mass in the Extraordinary Form.
Father Justin Wylie, a priest of the Archdiocese of Johannesburg, South Africa was on assignment to New York City as he worked for the Holy See at the United Nations. He was a popular priest at Holy Innocents and greatly championed the Mass in the Extraordinary Form. On May 18th, his sermon included an exhortation for the Archdiocese of New York to send sympathetic priests to shepherd those who had devotion to the Extraordinary Form. For that, not only were his faculties in the Archdiocese of New York revoked, but the Dolan crew saw fit to complain to the Holy See and to the Archdiocese of Johannesburg. I suspect that if Father Wylie had been incardinated in the Archdiocese of New York, he might have found himself laicized.
Renew America, in addition to linking to Father Wylie's sermon, mentions that the Archdiocese plans to have Holy Innocents subsumed into St Francis of Assisi parish. Notice what's on the main page of St Francis of Assisi's website; they are touting their (drums and trumpets, please!) PRE-PRIDE MASS! It doesn't take much imagination to surmise that this is not much more than a pep rally for the Gay Pride orgy that will occur in NYC soon thereafter. The parish has a "gay and lesbian ministry". Odd - I cannot seem to locate their pro-life ministry!
So Cardinal Dolan thinks that Holy Innocent Church should be absorbed into that progressive hornets' nest known as St Francis of Assisi Church? Perhaps this plan sheds some light on the question asked in this post's title.
The Vortex has weighed in on this matter. Voris reminds all of another gay-infested NYC church, St. Francis Xavier, with the obvious approval of Cardinal Dolan. He thinks that many don't remember the incident shown in his clip of St. Francis Xavier. I do for I posted that video when the news of the incident broke. Why is a healthy Church like Holy Innocents being shuttered, while heresy-infested parishes like St Francis of Assisi and St Francis Xavier allowed to remain, and in their current states? Again, a rhetorical question.
